 + -1 moreTHEY ARE VERY COURTEOUS AND EXTREMELY KNOWLEDGEABLE IN REGARDS TO THE BUILDING INDUSTRY. KAREN BESHARA ACTUALLY DID THE WORK AND SHE ANSWERED A LOT OF QUESTIONS AND GAVE A FULL EXPLANATION OF MANY THINGS. SHE GAVE AN INSPECTION REPORT AT THE END OF THE INSPECTION AND IT WAS VERY DETAILED AND INFORMATIVE. SHE WAS EXTREMELY THOROUGH AND KNOWLEDGEABLE THROUGHOUT THE WHOLE PROCESS. ANOTHER THING THAT REALLY IMPRESSED ME WAS THAT KAREN HAS A LOT OF CERTIFICATION FOR THIS LINE OF WORK AND IT SHOWS.
