OFFICE PHONES WENT BAD, CALLED HIM ON WEDNESDAY, TOLD HIM WHAT I WANTED, HE GAVE ME A PRICE. ON FRIDAY MORNING HE WAS IN MY OFFICE INSTALLING THE NEW PHONE SYSTEM. DID AN EXCELLENT JOB. VERY PLEASED AND WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM. COULD HAVE GOTTEN IT A LITTLE LOWER BUT THE QUALITY WASN'T THE SAME. WITH DAVE YOU REALLY DO GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR!

Our existing phone system in our small business died on us, leaving us without anyway to call clients or to have them call us except for cell phones and our answering service. We contacted the company we initially used to have the old system installed and they never responded to calls. We contacted a second company that took two days to respond. We contacted Dave Kohler at Ben-Tel and he gave us a quote and told us what he could do over the phone. He ordered the phones that same day and installed them the morning we asked him to. He was on time, seemed to know what he was doing and finished the job in less time than he estimated. The system - although new to us and a little different than the old one - seems to work fine.

Work was done nicely and timely.

Dave knew what he was doing. He worked quickly and efficiently. The job ended up being more complicated than we expected, but he took care of all the difficulties.

I called Dave Kohler on a Friday afternoon. He was available the next morning. Showed up exactly on time. Very personable. I guess mine was a hard fix, but he was great. Would highly recommend. Will certainly contact him again for any further need. Glad I didn't get the linebacker service with the phone company and didn't have them do the work either.

Dave has been to my house several times, and is consistently punctual, knowledgeable, and kind. Each time he's been out the problem has been minimal, but I've appreciated the time he's spent with me, and the effort he puts in to get me on the schedule quickly.

QUICK RESPONSE TO INQUIRY, COMPLETED THE WORK WITHIN A FEW DAYS, AND THE PRICE WAS VERY REASONABLE (JACK, LINE INCLUDED IN COST).

HE CAME TO THE HOUSE ON A SUNDAY TO ACCOMMODATE MY SCHEDULE AND SPENT ABOUT AN HOUR.

BASED ON THE DESCRIPTION I GAVE HIM OVER THE PHONE HE KNEW EXACTLY WHAT WAS WRONG. HE WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE, PROMPT, RESPONSIVE AND FOCUSED ON HIS WORK. IF WE NEED ANY FUTURE PHONE SERVICE, WITH OUT A DOUBT, WE WILL HIRE HIM AGAIN.

HE IS VERY FRIENDLY AND POLITE. THE PROBLEM WAS A SIMPLE ONE, BUT HE SHOWED US WHAT IT WAS. HIS CHARGE INCLUDES PARTS.

OUR LOCAL PHONE COMPANY WAS GOING TO CHARGE $75 JUST TO COME OUT, AND THEN $25 EVERY 15 MINUTES. DAVE MADE ARRANGEMENTS TO COME IN THE EVENING, AFTER MY WORK HOURS, WAS VERY POLITE, EFFICIENT AND CLEANED UP THE DEBRIS AFTER HE FINISHED THE WORK.

CAME ONE DAY TO DO REPAIRS, BUT PHONE QUIT WORKING LATER THAT NIGHT. CAME AGAIN THE NEXT DAY AND FIXED AT NO CHARGE.

I HAD A PHONE PROBLEM ON THE INSIDE LINE THAT SPRINT WOULD HAVE CHARGED $80/HR TO FIX. MR. KOHLER WAS VERY PLEASANT AND EXPLAINED MY PROBLEM TO ME. HE GUARANTEED HIS WORK AND WAS VERY PROMPT. OVERALL EXPERIENCE WAS EXCELLENT AND I WOULD RECOMMEND.

HE ALSO DOES WOOD WORKING WHICH I WILL BE CALLING HIM TO DO SOME OTHER THINGS.

I THOUGHT THEY DID AN EXCEPTIONAL JOB. VERY COURTEOUS AND EFFICIENT. I WOULD USE THEM AGAIN.
