They did an excellent job, and their quote was very reasonable. They came in and did their work without stepping on my flowers and plants at home. I was very pleased with them. I would definitely recommend them to neighbors or friends and family members. They charged me under $2000. I had somebody else come out, and they gave me a quote that was $1000 more.

Bello Giardino LLC is a snow removal service that I hired to service us whenever it snows and so far they have been great, they are here by 5:00 am and they are gone. I’m well satisfied with their service, they are prompt and professional. I will continue to use them and I would recommend them.

He was the only one that wanted to install a drain to the down spout. He told us that our fire pit needs to be about 10 feet away from anything you care about. He said no money down and pay within 15 days of finishing. Guaranteed for a year. He doesn't take credit cards. He was punctual and professional. He did get back to me, he called twice to ask if we were ready to start. We decided to go with someone else. When he showed up he didn't look professional, he looked like he could use a good shave.

We use them every winter for all of our snow / ice removal needs at our business.

I dealt directly with Dan, the owner. He came out to look over my property and talk about what I wanted to do. I had a quote with in 24 hours, and after accepting I had a crew at my house the next morning. I was putting my house up for sale and wanted to increase the curb appeal, so the work included adding some landscaping, planting a few small trees, mulch and resurfacing the front patio with stone. Their crew showed up early, and finished everything but the stone work in two days. They were completely self contained, and didn't even need a electrical connection for their saws. My yard was spotless after they left, with all debris and materials cleaned up. The guys even came back a few days later to remove the wooden supports they left on the porch. I was very happy with the quality, price and speed of this company. Even my realtor, a 20 year veteran of Bexley real estate was impressed with their work.

Anytime I have called them wtih a special request, they just make an appoitment and come right away. If I have something that needs to be trimmed or removed, they will come out and take care of it. They are very responsive to any request. They do excellent trimming and edging when they mow.

Fantastic...They arrived, went to work, and did the job in about an hour and a half (two guys).I didn't receive a bill for forever, called and finally got the bill.

Everything that Bello Giardino touches is golden! The workmanship is outstanding the attention is punctual and professional. Everything from beginning to end has been excellent. Over a period of many months we worked with their designers and installers and there was never any difficulty of any kind. Everything went smoothly because the owner, Dan Ney. Dan is exceptional because of the care and concern he brings to every aspect of the job. You have his cell phone number from day 1 and he is very responsive to any concerns. The superior product that Bello Giardino offers is matched only by the price tag. The good news is that you actually get what you pay for - excellence.

I asked the owner, Daniel, for landscaping work to work to clear the weeds and apply weedkiller behind my garage. Daniel expressed doubt that the entire job could be completed in the time I wanted to pay for; encouraged me to give "okay" to allowing them to work until finished. I insisted that I only wanted to pay for a certain number of hours. Daniel had said to me several times (that day and the day he came to set up lawn care svcs) that all I had to do was to tell them how much I want to spend, and they would do as much work as possible in that time allotment. I was surprised, therefore to see an additional charge of $25 for fuel and hauling (plus tax), which was never mentioned to me. If I had known of that additional charge, I would have requested even less time from them, which I am sure Daniel predicted. The men did complete the entire task in the time I paid for. They were very thorough, and I was pleased with what they had done. They did not, however, speak English well, so I could not confirm whether they had put down weedkiller, as I had requested. Within about a week I had my answer, as the whole area is almost completely overgrown again.

This is supposed to be a weekly service. When my lawn was missed on the first week, it was easy to forgive, because we were new to the schedule. Last Friday, however, was my scheduled day, and my lawn was not mowed. I called Daniel's cell phone at 4:15 pm on Friday, and then again on Saturday. I requested returned phone calls, and I requested that my lawn be mowed over the weekend. I never heard from him. I called again Monday morning and spoke to the person in the office. She informed me that Daniel does not pick up his messages over the weekend. I was perplexed by this because 1) I called him on Friday before close of business, so the weekend hadn't begun yet and 2) I have never heard of a small business owner who doesn't somehow monitor or provide back-up for his phone calls on weekends and vacation days. The person in the office Monday morning had no reference to my having called about this.

Dan was very patient in working with us. We were just going to have the patio relaid (previously raised above ground level). He suggested bringing it down to ground level which would give us more space. We've since received numerous compliments about the new layout. Overall, good experience. We had a few issues, but they addressed them immediately. The only issue was that the patio was not started/finished in the timeframe we wanted (but we were indecisive, and it was a busy time). Quality is good, but definitely at a price.

When we called them 5 times and they never called us back for the holiday lighting, it would have been nice to receive a call back instead of ignoring us. They have done great landscaping work and they are responsive in the summer.

Never heard from this group again. No quote, no nothing.....

It's expensive to pay someone to landscape and maintain your garden, but they do great work. They will supplement what ever the home owner wants to do on their own or they will do the whole thing.

Overall, we were very pleased with Daniel and his crew. Daniel is very customer oriented and was prompt and professional. His crew was also very courteous and professional as well. They came and did our fall clean up with very little notice (a day if I recall correctly - right before Thanksgiving!) Our yard was transformed and looked wonderful when they were done - the only downside was the price. There was a discrepency with the number of hours as well as the price per hour, per man. When I called to discuss the price, Daniel lowered the price to our satisfaction. The second part of the project was excellent! Daniel came up with several plans for the side of our driveway and we decided on one that was installed to our complete satisfaction. It looks very nice, was done timely and cost effectively. The crew came out and cleared the area, installed and mulch the plants and cleaned up in a few hours. Everything looks great - it was money well spent!!

They do a great job. They're responsive. They are thorough and they communicate very well. They are always on time and they are very dependable. It's worth spending the high price because their service is remarkable. I will continue to use them for projects around my yard.

They are wonderful! We get compliments on our yard all the time. We've done work with vines on a wall so it looks like lattice work, and it's just beautiful. Something is blooming all the time, so it's just beautiful.

Coping with Columbus weather was a major hurdle, but the crew did an excellent job, and we are very happy with the work done.
