Daniel Ney has stayed true to his word and had done excellent services to our company grounds. We plan to call on Mr. Ney for our landscaping needs as well.

Excellent communication throughout the process. The cleanup crew put in huge hours and effort to get everything looking beautiful. The crew chief was college educated in landscape/horticulture and we had several short conversations about things we could do to maintain the yard/plantings during the summer. The information was very useful and I plan to carry out those activities. When they came some days later to till the vegetable garden area, they added organic matter, and did a good job (i.e., no big chunks of soil remaining) and incorporated the compost we had harvested from our compost bin.

washing. He returned the things to the patio where they had been. The pavers look like new. The Spring clean-up was the best and most thorough we have had in the 16 years we have lived in this house. Penney and her crew removed leaves and other winter debris, edged and mulched beds, removed two unwanted bushed and planted three new bushes. They worked for more than 10 hours to complete the job in one day. Penney is meticulous in what she does. We couldn't be more pleased in the results of her work.

We had some communication issues over an estimate. After the initial estimate came back out of our price range I request a quote for just the front lawn. What I received was a quote for the entire lawn. After a second request via email I never received a reply and ultimately we went with another company.

Went well. A little too salesy, but good worrk and very responsive.

overall pretty good. if i rate them on building fences it would be an F. absolutely horrible. they created a nightmare between me and my neighbor. patio looks great. Dan had some good suggestions and he is very nice.

We did use them and they were great. They were easy to work with and they gave good advice. They were hard working and just good guys. They did what they said they were going to do.

They are good landscapers. I used them September. I spend roughly $300 with them. I've been using them for probably 10 years. The owner is very responsive to what you want to have done and the scheduling system is pretty easy.

I would highly recommend this company for any and all landscaping needs. Dan Ney and his staff are professional and hardworking. They did several jobs for me around my yard and completed every one of them within the timeframe promised. Dan was honest and fair with his pricing. He was able to let me know what work could be done within the amount allotted. His crew was hardworking, professional and talented. They never wasted time and were thorough in their cleanup. Elliott (the head crew member) checked in with my from time to time throughout the day to make sure that the work they were doing was to my satisfaction. I would not hesitate to call Dan again for any future landscaping needs.

Very disappointing. We were eager to use this company due to the good reviews we saw on Angie's List, and the company's website. Dan visited our home to an estimate. Then 4 weeks went by with no estimate, and not even an explanation, except when we pleaded for it, both by emails and by submissions via the company's website. The explanation, when it finally came, was that an office move, forced the company's landlord, was the reason for the delay. Fine, we would have understood had we just been warned , and we would perhaps have been OK with waiting--but why did we have to repeatedly ask for an explanation? Then the final straw was the estimate that we ultimately got bore little relation to the conversation we had with Dan--it was just a generic "check the box" thing. We are reasonable people, and we understand that delays can sometimes happen, and that not every condition is under a contractor's control. And maybe there were other jobs more important than ours. We would even have understood that. But: why was it so difficult just to send us the briefest of emails, or the shortest of voicemails, letting us know about the delay? It would have taken Dan or his office manager 30 seconds, with no cost. Baffling, and again, very disappointing.

They were excellent. I had them do two things for me and they did both of them very well when they said they would do it. They did what they said they would do. He advised me: "No you shouldn't do that now, we'll be back and we'll do it later." So they were very good.

They cleaned up the whole yard and even referred me to an associate who does tree service. They did everything I asked. They did a beautiful job. They paid attention to what I wanted and were so responsive. I will use them again and I highly recommend them. They did a fabulous job and I'm very pleased.

They have completed the spring aeration & over-seeding as well as the spring weed & feed. They have completed the garden project too. Dan Ney and his men do an outstanding job. I had a national company before and felt they did only cursory work. My lawn looks the best it has in years! I recommend this company to anyone wanting a a good-looking lawn with the assistance of a professional service.

When I spoke to the man over the phone I explained I had a lot of beds and wanted them edged first. He said there would be a three person crew at about $48 an hour per person. We agreed on a $300 max for the charge. I explained I wanted the edging done first then if there was any time left over I would have some other things done. When the crew arrived I was informed only one out fo the three would actually edge. She was also the person who would move flowers. So I was left with two people who ended up weeding. I was happy to have the weeding done, but suspect I could have gotten that way way cheaper. I expected all three to be edging since I explained to the person I wanted that done first and only if there was time left would I have anything else done. They did not have time to complete the things I wanted so I agreed to another 1/2 hour. If all three had been doing what I wanted they would have completed the tasks I requested, but there would not have been any weeding. The bill came today and to my surprise there was a $25 "truck fee" which included hauling things away. When I said I wanted $300 dollars worth the man never said that would be added on. It was also a clean up and hauling away fee which we could have done ourselves. Considering I paid $48 an hour for young people to weed my flower beds while only one person did the work they were hired to do, I think that was plently to cover the cost of the truck fee. In the least I should have been told about that additional fee and consider it unprofessional not to disclose all cost. When I said I wanted $300 worth that should have included the truck fee. I will never recommend this company to anyone due to this shady practice.

I met with Dan Ney, the president of Bello Giardino, to review my needs for the yard before the work was done. He was very helpful and presented a wide range of options and made some good recommendations. His crew came in and did a nice job. I really like that he can offer a broad list of services. The one deficiency is probably related to landscape design. I need some help selecting annuals to plant in my beds as I know nothing about flowers and he didn't really give me any recommendations. He offered to plant whatever I selected and said he would bring by some flowers and I could select what I wanted. I prefer to have someone make recommendations with some options and then help me decide.

It went well. The price seemed high.

Purchased a lawn fertilization Big Deal from Bello Giardono. He contacted us right away and then came out to the house to survey the lawn and explain the process. No services have been performed yet - that will happen once the weather gets warmer. All experiences have been excellent so far.

The worker came out when he was supposed to come. He informed me he would honor the Angie's List deal, but would not do any more work for me since my son in law owns lawn care company as well, even though they do not do the same type of work. He said he did not feel comfortable giving me pricing or contract info. I contacted Angie's List for help.

We have used Bello Giardino several times over the years, and we have always been pleased with the thoroughness and quality of their work, as well as their promptness.

So far they have been really good with what they do. I asked them about a porch issue, though, and never heard back. I was unsure if this is something they did. I am happy with the service they provide with the lawn and yard.

He was able to explain very clearly what he had in mind for the project. I'm not sure if I would use them because I think he had a different idea in mind than what I wanted to do.

The project supervisor that they sent out here was fabulous. He has excellent, excellent customer service. He went above and beyond the call of duty. I wasn't sure what to do and he explained things, made suggestions, he did more than he had to do. I actually gave him a good tip because he was fabulous. They were on time and dependable. The only thing was that they are "cash only company", they accept cash or check and they don't accept credit card.

Work was rescheduled a few times due to weather, and the original quote was not mailed out until I called about it. However, those were minor. The work was done well - the many beds were solidly built, appropriately placed and leveled. I was adamant I did not want comtil in my garden beds, and the owner found a garden soil mix that did not include this material. When it turned out the supplier gave us a bad load (the supplier's fault), Bello Giardino promptly connected me to the soil supplier and made sure the issue was resolved to our satisfaction.
