Bello Giardino LLC

Description of Work: We have used Bello Giardino several times. The final results always look good but what I got was not always what I had requested. Sometimes their weeding is over-zealous. More than once, plants that I had planted were removed in their service of "yard cleanup."

Description of Work: I contacted Bello Giardino for an estimate on a landscaping project. I wanted some shrubs and weeds removed, creation of mulch beds, and planting of new shrubs, trees, and flowers. I had a scheduled appointment for someone to come out and go over everything with me. He never showed up. I waited approximately an hour and called. The lady that answered the phone was apologetic and explained that she had forgotten to put it in the schedule. I was not angry after speaking with her as I realize mistakes happen. She sent the gentleman out within the hour. While he was extremely knowledgeable regarding plants, soil, trees, and weeds, he mentioned more than once that their company typically worked in the more affluent neighborhoods of Grandview and Upper Arlington. He also mentioned that his company was a bit more pricey than other landscaping companies. I realize that I live in Groveport...not the most affluent community around. I also realize that my yard is far from aesthetically pleasing (we bought it that way and wanted to fix it up). Therefore, while it may not appear that I had the money to pay for their services, I could have paid for everything in cash. However, I never heard back from this company. The gentleman that came out to do the estimate took my email address and stated that he would email the estimate within a couple of days. I never received an email. At this point I would never recommend this company to anyone. Quite pretentious in my opinion.

Description of Work: They got to my house soon after the snow and ice appeared, and did an excellent job of clearing it. They're not cheap, but it's worth it for the peace of mind. I got to the point where I could no longer do this work comfortably because of health concerns, but the quality of their work is persuading me that maybe I should stay in my home instead of finding an apartment!

Description of Work: I spoke to the designer to have her look at our area that needed re-landscaped. She came to our home and looked at the area and told me that she would have a quote to me. I also asked for a quote for our deck and told her that we would be getting other quotes for the deck. Several days went past and I did not have a response back. She told me that she didn't think I was in a rush since I was getting other quotes. I told her I was in a rush for an estimate on landscaping but was getting other quotes on a deck. She told me that she would have her boss come and take measurements and would have a quote to me by Sunday or Monday at the latest (which was Memorial Day). It is June 23 and I've not had a response back from anyone with the company. Very disappointing that I was promised a quote and did not even get a return call back. Stephanie Kozelek

Description of Work: Spring cleanup

Description of Work: Called more than 10 times after I purchased the service online, eventually I was able to talk to the office associate regarding the service date. But the associate did not give a definitve date and I finally cancelled the serivce. I did the lawn service by myself as the weather warmed up so quickly that time.

Description of Work: The price was high, but the weather was unusually bad. I was unable to get out of my drive and they were able to help me when assistance from other companies was unavailable. I think I would have paid more on that stormy day. They were prompt and did a wonderful job of digging me out. I will call them again.

Description of Work: Mowed my lawn front and back.

Description of Work: Planted flowers and trimmed

Description of Work: Filled in holes and bare spots in lawn , fertilized lawn, sowed grass seed, aerated lawn, removed thatch, etc. Very good job. Would definitely use them again.
