They fixed the lamp within about 5 minutes while I waited and they did a great job. The price was right, they were knowledgable and they were very customer friendly.

Both employess knew exactly what they were doing and all the keys worked. The employee who makde my car keys even encouraged me to to out immediately to test them on my car, even before I paid for them. I have used this hardware many times over many years. Althought its a small space, compared to the big box stores, they almost always have had what I needed, and the few times they didn't, they ordered it. The staff is always helpful and knowledgeable and polite. The hardware carries all the modern "stuff" but still retains the atmosphere of a home town store. The owner also actively supports the local community.

I was amazed with the price and it got done while I was waiting in the store. It is a family owned place and they were very congenial and they worked with me as soon as I got there. There was no wait. I was very happy with the service that I received there.

They are the best hardware store in North Columbus. They have best selection and are very knowledgeable and provides excellent service. The tool rental is very inexpensive.

The storms were built quickly and we were called when they were complete. Unfortunately, we had provided inaccurate measurements and they were too big for the windows (they were, however, exactly the size we requested!) We returned them to Beechwold and they cut them down to the correct size, for which we only paid a small amount for labor. They fit perfectly and now our kitchen and sunroom are warm and draft-free in the winter.

They were really reasonably priced compared to everybody else. They charged us about $40 for three windows. The big thing was that compared to another company in town or several other places, they were faster and more reasonably priced. They were almost half the price of what some other places were charging. They also had the work done in three or four days compared to other people who said three or four weeks.

The lawnmower works just fine. The service is great. It feels like an old fashioned small town hardware store.

I have used this hardware store countless times for advice and supplies and always been more than satisfied. As a new homeowner they have been very helpful. Recently I brought in a floor lamp with a wiring issue. They fixed it immediately and showed me what they were doing. When I checked out, labor + hardware was $10.00! It was yet another great experience with this local hardware store.

Every time I have been in there, they have been very good on customer service and have provided help at finding exactly what I need. The staff is very friendly. When you walk in the store they ask you if there is anything they can do to assist you if you tell them what kind of assistance you are looking for. If they don't have something that you are looking for, they will tell you possible places that you can go and get it.

The story is ongoing. I have lived in Clintonaville for almost ten years. Early on I avoided Ace and would make the trek to Loews or Home Depot, thinking their prices were probably too high and the nventory too limited. Then someone (I cnnot remember who) suggested I try Ace. So I did and have been exgtremely satisfied ever since. Thank you.

We love them! We have used them for several things. We have used them for anything from plumbing to nails we have needed. We have a rental property so we use them quite a bit for supplies we need. Ask me a question and we have probably used them for it! They make keys. The store is actually a national chain but the store here has very helpful guys in there that are very knowledgeable. Especially for our area that has older homes, they know all the parts you need. It is a great place. They are very customer service friendly. They will not only tell you where the part is, but they will walk you to it and explain how to install it. They are very friendly to women and not demeaning at all. They will help you instead of laugh at you. They are very customer friendly. Overall I have been very pleased with them. It is your local store and it is great to walk in there and they help you out.

I moved into a house with only two windows with screens. And I don't have air conditioning. So this summer was brutal. I called around for a number of quotes, which ranged from $45-$60, but that included installation. I found Beechwold Hardware on Angie's List, I did know they provided this service even tho I've been in there many times. The owner said he'd send the screen guy out to me since I lived so near, and the screen guy, who was very nice and friendly, said that I was only the 5th house call he had made in like 5 years. So my point is if you close by they might do this, but if not, don't count on it. He quoted me around $30 screen (half screens) for him to create them and I'd install myself. He assured me it was very easy and I was happy to save the extra at least $15 per screen to do it. He got it done in a few days (the other places quoted me several weeks) and I did fairly easily install them myself, although I did get confused with two windows that were only slightly different sizes that weren't labeled clearly. So had to redrill holes on those. Overall, I was glad to find a place that just made them and I could install myself. It helped so much, now I dont' have a hundred flies like I used to.

They got it way sharper than I ever could. Well worth the money and short wait.

They did a great job, and suggested a special pet screen for one window in which our dog had poked a hole. Quick, efficient and easy to work with!

I needed a particular & unusal Swiss Army knife. While I stood there, the owner (who is fantastic) went on-line, ordered it for delivery to my home. I received it a few days later. The whole thing took less line than trying to find it myself on-line.
