Our air conditioning stopped working. We used Bedell at our previous residence and was pleased with their prices and service. We decided to try them again. They came out within a few hours and replaced the capacitor. The service technician was really nice. When you call Bedell's main number, a woman answers and relays your phone number to the owner, Doug Bedell. You have to wait for him to call back as he is out working. It is hard waiting for the return call and wondering when it will happen. It took 1 1/2 hours . The service technician arrived an hour later. The repair took less than 30 minutes. The total turn around time from the initial call to the completed repair was only 3 hours. The service technician was friendly and efficient. He gave us tips for keeping the air running efficiently. He also taped some bare wires.

We hired Bedell Heating and Cooling to replace our furnace. They were a little more than I wanted to pay but they did a really good job and happy with the result and service. I would use them again.

I have used them twice; once before to service my furnace. I specifically use them because it is a family-owned business. I always ask for Ryan, a technician, to come because he is very knowledgeable. I like him and have recommended the company to my neighbors.

I have always been pleased with their work no matter if it is a quick furnace check or a new furnace installation.

DOUG CAME OUT ON A SATURDAY MORNING, INSPECTED THE VENT AND MADE SOME RECOMMENDATIONS. REPAIRS WERE ARRANGED TO SUIT MY WORK SCHEDULE AND WERE DONE VERY EFFICIENTLY BY TWO VERY POLITE AND PLEASANT TECHNICIANS. TO MY SURPRISE, THE VENT WAS ALMOST COMPLETELY CLOGGED WITH LINT AND OTHER DEBRIS AND THE NEW SET-UP SHOULD PREVENT THAT FROM HAPPENING AGAIN.
