 + -1 moreThey are negligent, and arrogant to boot. For three months, I had about 3 hours worth of work needed to get 2 properties rented. After countless times I asked them, and them telling me it would be done 'this week', I finally stopped out to ask them in person what was going on. They sat there smug, and their best excuse was 'I dropped the ball'. They practically laughed in my face. They cost me several thousand dollars in lost revenue. The one job they actually did perform, took several times of them gathering a list of things needed, then they didn't perform all the work requested, and the work they actually did do, was subpar at best. For example, they used caulk as insulation. Their office staff was verbally abusive to one of my tenants. They will be hearing from my lawyers soon. I've also filed complaints with the BBB and AG.
Description of Work: I had them manage some properties for me. For 3 months they sat empty. I finally took control back.

 + -1 moreThey have a maintenance man which is much easier for us. He is very professional. When I called they immediately gave the president of the company. He came out when we went to look at the house we wanted to rent. They communicate well.
Description of Work: They do property management. They charge a percent of the rent but they do all the marketing and screening.
