They did a fine job. They knew what they were doing. Our interaction was pretty good. I've been doing service with them for several years. The work turned out good. They're generally pretty competent for small handyman jobs.

Bill fixed my garbage disposal that improperly installed and resolved the mystery of a kitchen outlet that didn't have power and got it working again. He's very handy and quick! Bill is also really friendly and personable. I highly recommend him and plan to call him again the next time anything around my house needs fixed! :-D

He didn't show u[, after he told me he was on his way. Had me mixed up with another client, then told me he had me on his schedule for the following week. I cancelled then.

Bill did an excellent job. Very professional. Worked quickly, steadily. I had purchased a 2-hour block of his time. He finished in 100 minutes with original work and asked what else was needed...so had him install new smoke detector in ceiling. He was on time, friendly, and clearly knows his stuff. He has a background in custom home building, so he's knowledgeable in multiple areas.

Bill Igel cam to my home on Sunday, July 10,2016 around noon. I asked for two estimates in work on my patio. Bill took several pictures and multiple tape measure information. He showed me pictures and talked about the work he did in the Tuttle Mall area before it was created. He asked if I liked to read and he gave me two books and we talked quite awhile about his Mormon Church. After a week of not hearing anything I left email messages with no response. Then I called today, July 20th around 9am and Bill denied ever coming to my home, giving me the two books and stated he had no information or records about my home. If that is his honesty, how do I trust his work? I don't, and I would NOT recommend him to anyone.

The service provider could not be reached.

Terrible. Provider was asked to show up on the morning of the 15th, 16th or 17th. I was never contacted by the provider and they never showed up.

On 05/21 I bought a $95 coupon from Angie and on 05/22 he called and scheduled for the following week. He arrived right on time. Within an hour and he had the new one on. I cannot remember ever having such good service. The coupon was a great deal!

Bill completed a variety of jobs around my condo: he removed and replaced a bathroom faucet; repaired a closet door; stained and installed a new baseboard; secured small section of subfloor; installed bathroom towel rails; and removed an entry door to the garage and replaced with a steel door, installed new trim on the inside, and painted the door and new trim. I was pleased with the quality of work and the very reasonable price. Bill was easy to work with and was happy to make extra runs to the store or reschedule when things did not go as planned or extra supplies were needed. Because he worked largely by himself and had a busy schedule, there were times when I found myself having to adjust to his schedule, but this was a minor inconvenience. I would use Bill again.

They did a really good job. We had to leave our home during the service, but everything ended up going well.

I purchased an $85 worth of labor I believe from them. We also hired him for additional service but the original was 85.

I got the coupon online at angie's list. They already had an "A" for service and I am happy to report they will get all "A's" from me. Communication was often, accurate and the job only took about 20 minutes. He replaced my old garbage disposal and put in a new one. I appreciate the speed and being on time.

Bill was kind enough to squeeze me into his very busy schedule. He arrived on time and got to work right away. The entire project was finished in a few short hours. He did a fantastic job. We are very satisfied with the professional work he completed for us and would highly recommend him for any handyman project.

Bill was prompt in contacting us, called to confirm the night before and called when he was on his way over. He did a really good job and had to deal with some corrosion requiring some grinding to replace parts of the old faucets. He also worked to clean out the drains. He did not charge any extra for any of it. Our house is at the age that things start needing replaced and we will definitely call on him again. We were very satisfied.

He was on time, worked quickly, carried carpet up from basement and placed it where I asked. Cleaned up work area. He was friendly and professional.

I emailed Bill on Tuesday and he responded via email same day. He called next morning and was at my house 20 minutes later. In an hour he had assembled both storage shelves. He did a wonderful job and I would definitely recommend him. I am currently compiling a list of jobs around my house that I will ask him to work on.

Initial appt. 2/1, however, the faucet I ordered from Lowe's was missing a critical piece. He returned 2/2 to complete the job and even purchased another necessary part at Home Depot on his way after I told him there was another section missing with the new faucet I bought. He did an excellent job and he worked with me on the price. Highly recommend BDJ Handyman Services.

The provider performed the work satisfactorily.

Everything went well. Bill responded promptly to my service request. He was courteous, quick, and efficient. He suggested several solutions to the problem of water coming into the garage, and we decided to begin with the least expensive solution first.

Installation was great and we love the look. I learned a lot from watching the install process and talking with the technician. He was very nice and professional. Allowed me to use LED lights that i supplied (to match the rest of my house) and he provided an appropriate dimmer at no additional cost. Drywall repair is on us to do, as can only be expected. He has a person who he works with, but that person is not as responsive as one would like (though you are totally free to use someone else and I wouldn't hold this against the electrician). Overall, great experience and I would use again.

Did not use services from provider - but he promptly responded to my call and explained me what he was going to do. Provided explained me I might need dry wall repair technician as well. I was not comfortable with that idea and asked for a refund. Provider was honest and professional throughout and I will use his services in future if needed.

I think overall it was not too bad. There was some miscommunication along the way but they fixed it so it was alright. The timing was good. They were able to do everything but not entirely on the first time. The first time they came in without the tools that they needed to do their job. I need someone to fix the fireplace and they could not fix it because they don't know how. They need to contact someone else. They took a look at it. I also had a light bulb that needed changing on a very high ceiling.l I told them about it but they didn't come with a ladder. What they did was they had a stick which cannot do the job so they had to come back later. It would be a lot nicer if they could think about what I wanted to get done because I put things down. I don't use a handyman that often so I don't know why they cannot fix the fireplace. The cost was fine. They did call me the day before to ask if I was ready for them. They did try to tell me before they came out. The confidence I have in them is not that great.

I provided the paint and he had his ladder and paint brush and roller.He brought along an assistant . The coupon was good for an hour of service with one man. Since there were two of them, he was able to finish the job in about half hour or so. My roof is pretty flat- not pitched, so it was fairly easy for them to paint.

I called to get an estimate about installing a sliding glass door and was told to text him my address and he would stop by that day about 4:00. No one showed. A couple of days later I got a text asking if I was available the next day, which I was not. He then said he was working on his schedule and wondered when I was available. So I sent a text with my availability. Several days passed before I got a text telling me when he would arrive. He did arrive on time but didn't even bring a tape measure in with him. After sending his assistant out to get a tape measure he looked over our door and said he would email us an estimate but it may take several weeks. The bottom of our door was falling apart so we waited two weeks for the promised email estimate and decided to just get someone else to do the job. I later got a text that said he was slammed and would not be able to do our door this fall. If you don't want to do a job just tell the people!
