i am sorry you were not totally satisfied with my company, however after talking with you on the phone you stated your floor was not moped after work was complete it was only vacuumed with a shopvac. when i was there doing your lights i tried to put your lights where you wanted and several times it turned out there was plumbing pipes in the way. i spoke with your husband on the phone, ( no one was home while i worked on your lights) trying to work out where to put your lights.after figuring everything out your lights were installed and work was completed. i explained to your husband i was encurring extra labor on this project however again no one was home so your husband and i came to an agreement that i would just shopvac your floor and there would not be any additional charge to you and i would be finished. later you told me the lights looked great. additionally because drywall repair was not included in the coupon i gave you the number of someone to fix the drywall. it was your option to use him or someone else. you dealt with him, paid him directly. you stated he did not clean up and the ceiling didnt match. now a month later you give a review with C s in every catagory. i understand you drywall dust is aggrevating but does not merit a C rating. i was always on time, you purchased the coupon, you knew how much is was that does not merit a C rating. no attempt was ever made to contact my company with any complaint which would have been taken care of.

I did that and your husband called and said to proceed at which time I informed you that I need you to choose a vanity, medicine cabinet, sink and toilet in order to finalize a drawing and contract. I followed up several times with you at which point you said you had not chosen any materials yet. I would be happy to still get you a drawing if you can provide me with what materials you plan on using.

Description of Work: Repaired leaking roof. Cut out rotted trim pieces, added more flashing, caulked and replaced painted trim. Bill did a good job, he was very thorough and explained exactly what he did, sharing before and after pictures to me during his work.
