Description of Work: Brian came out and measured the two front doors and gave us an estimate for two burglar proof storm doors and two insulated fixed transom windows. Removed the old weather stained oak wood thresholds and replaced with new and stained the wood to match the original floor for the entryways. Did an excellent job with both, you could not tell the original oak floor to the new wood installed!!!! His price was really reasonable with us and we gave him the time that fit into his crews schedule to do the work. Brian's company came highly recommended from an interior designer who does a great deal of business in the village. We already asked him to do more work on the house in 2016!!

Description of Work: They put down a rubber roof on a balcony off my bedroom and also laid down decking over top. I now have a nice patio off my second floor master bedroom that importantly does not leak!

Description of Work: Brian designed and built a garage and a parking pad. He coordinated everything from moving our privacy fence so our dogs could have access to the yard during construction to haggling with the City of Columbus to have our desires match with city code. He recycled all the material he could and had helpful suggestions re: security in our urban neighborhood.

+ 3 moreBrian of BCF is a perfectionist, a trait you want in your architect/designer/site supervisor. Brian was very approachable and professional. I told Brian no rush and it took double the time estimated. I also asked them to stop work for one week.
Description of Work: Completed gutted, expanded & redid our upstairs bathroom, accompanied us to tile store to pick out tile. Gave us multiple options for tile layout. Priced out fixtures when we were overwhelmed. We were not allowed to speak to the trim carpenter. It slowed him down.
