It went very well overall.

They did great work. They came out to give an estimate and were very helpful, explaining what they would do and why, as well as giving assessments of the 2 big trees overall health. All the trees looked much better after pruning. We kept some of the mulch, sent some with them-they communicated well with us on this. When the big winds came through in late summer, we had no troubles with falling branches. The mulberry tree was still on our cables after their first pruning, and they came out to take care of it a couple days after we called them about this.

This is the second time we've used Bartlett and we couldn't be happier. Ron Howell really is the "Tree Whisperer" and his team of professionals are amazing. We were totally distraught by the destruction in our backyard but Ron remained patient throughout the process. Already tired from several long days, his team spent 9 straight hours working to clean up the mess in our backyard and remained upbeat throughout, which really helped to lessen our stress. The crew was very careful not to cause further damage in our yard and made an extra special effort to save a tree that had been damaged by falling debris. Additionally, their price was very fair given the amount of work that they did. We cannot save enough about how lucky we were to have Ron Howell, Jason, Heather (office) and the rest of the Bartlett team helping us get through the catastrophe. Kudos!

I had a bad experience. He said he would call when he had someone available to come out. I hadn't heard from him in two weeks. So I called him and asked specifically for someone to come, and was told someone would come on the 24th. No one showed up, so I called and got the answering machine. And then later I called and spoke with Dan, he said there was a problem, a truck broke down, didn't know if they would be able to come out. He said my job was a small job, not really a priority to him, at least thats how he made it seem. He said he would know by 3pm. He called and said he wasn't sending anyone out. I was very disappointed.

They came out and gave me an estimate. Their pricing was through the roof. They were the most expensive company I have ever seen. We will not be using them.

They are really professional. They are really knowledgeable and are very trained in the area of work they perform. They really know what they are doing.

It went well. They were on time. They were early. They also prunity and dead wooded another large ash. They hauled away the mulch that the stump grander produced. They did what we asked for by contract. And they did really good clean up.
