+ -1 moreI noticed a lack of responsiveness on their part. They try to squeeze every dime out of you that they can, which I know is their business. I appreciate that. It is just the coldness about everything that they do. They weren’t the most professional. I wouldn’t go so far as to say they were unprofessional, but they could have been more professional.
Description of Work: Bank of America bought our home for mortgage in August of last year.
