Description of Work: Repaired two sections, sealcoated, and restripped parking lot for my business. Lowest bid but extremely personal service. Weather caused delay of one week but was always in contact to know what, and when things were being done. Scheduled sealing and striping on weekend as to not disrupt business and at no additional cost.

Description of Work: removed existing cracked blacktop; added new crushed stone base layer and laid new 2 inch thick lift of blacktop. No mess, no fuss . Stage one took two hours; stage two took one hour. Six crew members involved. Very satisfactory job.

Description of Work: We had the entire driveway replaced. There are cracks and dips in the driveway. They have promised to come back and fix the problems but have not showed up yet. Hopefully show up soon. Originally said they would fix in June. Last they said July or Aug.

Description of Work: VERY HAPPY WITH THIS COMPANY! WE HAVE A LONG DRIVEWAY ON A STEEP HILL. THEY HAD A FAIR PRICE AND OFFERED SUGGESTIONS TO MAKE OUR DRIVEWAY SURFACE PERFORM BETTER DURING THE WINTER MONTHS. OUR OLD DRIVEWAY SURFACE NEEDED TO BE REMOVED AND TOTALLY REPLACED. THEY DID OUR NEIGHBORS DRIVEWAY AT THE SAME TIME AND OFFERED A SMALL DISCOUNT FOR MULTIPLE RESIDENCE. THE STAFF WORKED QUICKLY, PROFESSIONALLY, AND WERE VERY FRIENDLY. WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.

+ -1 moreTHEY WERE PUNCTUAL, COURTEOUS, HELPFUL, COOPERATIVE AND EFFICIENT. DOING EVERYTHING I ASKED OF THEM. THEY STRIPPED IT, LAID IN STONE, BROUGHT THE BLACKTOP, THEY SAID THAT THEY COULD NOT DO IT TODAY BECAUSE THEY WANTED THE STONE TO SETTLE. THEY WOULD NOT DO IT UNTIL IT SETTLED TO ASSURE THE JOB WAS DONE RIGHT THE FIRST TIME, (WAITING A COUPLE OF DAYS). I THINK THAT WAS OVER AND ABOVE BOARD.
Description of Work: THEY TORE OUT THE OLD BLACKTOP, BROUGHT IN STONE FOR A BASE AND THEN PROCEEDED TO LAY THE NEW BLACKTOP.

TODAY'S PHONE CALL TO THE COMPANY RESULTED IN THEM GIVING ME THE NAME OF ANOTHER RE-SEALER AFTER WAITING THIS LONG FOR THEM TO DO THE WORK. I NEVER WILL USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN. THEY MADE PROMISES THAT THEY NEVER FOLLOWED THROUGH ON.
Description of Work: I CONTACTED THIS COMPANY IN OCTOBER, 2003 AND WAS GIVEN AN ESTIMATE FOR RE-SEALING MY DRIVEWAY. I WAS TOLD THAT I WOULD BE FIRST ON THE LIST FOR EARLY SPRING, 2004.

+ -1 moreALTHOUGH IT WAS NEARLY 6 MONTHS FROM THE TIME I SIGNED THE CONTRACT TILL THEY COMPLETED THE WORK IT WAS WORTH THE WAIT. I GRADED THEIR RESPONSIVENESS WITH A 'C' ONLY BECAUSE OF HOW LONG I WAITED. THEY ARE NOT ABLE TO GIVE A SPECIFIC DATE TO COMPLETE WORK, BUT THEY WILL CALL ABOUT 2 DAYS BEFORE THEY PLAN TO SHOW UP. IT'S THE NATURE OF THE BUSINESS SO I WOULD NOT JUDGE THEIR OVERALL PERFORMANCE BASED ON THE DELAY. I AM PLEASED WITH THE RESULTS. THE CREW WORKED QUICKLY, AND CLEANED UP THE WORK AREA TO MY SATISFACTION.
