+ -1 moreThe total job involved replacing the balances in eleven windows and repairing three screens. Tom returned to do the work, and he did a great job. He completed the work in less than a day. And now the windows work like new. We couldn’t be more pleased.
Description of Work: The vinyl windows in our 21 year old house had become almost impossible to raise and lower in recent years. We didn’t know what was causing the problem. Also, the window manufacturer went out of business years ago, so they were not available to help with advice or parts information. We contacted Bailey’s to see if they could help us. They sent over Tom, who determined that the balances in our windows were worn out. In due time, Bailey’s bid on the job. The price was reasonable, and we accepted.

Description of Work: Cut one piece of glass to cover buffer, 54x17x1/4, and two small pieces (20x9x1/4 and 14x13x1/4) to cover top of dresser.

+ -1 moreI USED THIS COMPANY BECAUSE THEY WERE REFERRED BY ANOTHER SERVICE PROVIDER WHOM I TRUST. THEY CAME OUT AND GAVE AN ESTIMATE PROMPTLY. THE GLASS HAD TO BE ORDERED, SO THEY CALLED AND MADE ANOTHER APPT. WHEN THE GLASS ARRIVED. THE INSTALLATION WENT SMOOTHLY AND THE COST WAS AS ESTIMATED. THEY DID AN EXCELLENT JOB.
Description of Work: REPAIRED ONE BROKEN GLASS AND ONE THAT WAS CLOUDY BECAUSE THE SEAL HAD BROKEN.

+ -1 moreI HAVE BOUGHT GLASS AT THEIR STORE IN THE PAST. THEY WERE VERY NICE AND EVEN TOOK ME INTO THEIR WORKSHOP AND SHOWED ME SOME TRICKS OF THE TRADE. THIS TIME THEY INSTALLED GLASS AT MY HOUSE. THEY WERE PROMPT, COURTEOUS, AND DID A NICE JOB. FINAL PRICE WAS LESS THAN THE ESTIMATE.
