B.A.C Painting Plus

Awesome! Brian came out to give us a bid to paint our stucco house. He was very personable and provided options that could save us money in the event we found the price to be too high. He indicated that the soffit and gutters may only need power washed and not painted. He provided an estimate that showed prices with and without the gutters being painted and said I could decide after the power washing. When the job was being scheduled, we found a robin had built a nest on a downspout out back. We knew there was a baby in the nest, and I didn't want to disturb it until the baby fledged. Brian was very accommodating, and offered to power wash and paint around it, with the understanding they would come back when the robin fledged. His son did a great job of power washing around the nest without disturbing it. While the gutters looked good- we opted to have them painted anyway. They were very detail oriented, and cleaned up after themselves each day. Luckily the robin fledged before they finished the job- and the house looks great. I really appreciated how Brian was so easy to work with and how he was agreeable to everything we asked for with no complaints. He was the best contractor I have ever hired and I would hire him again in a heartbeat.
