Description of Work: They installed vinyl curtains that hang from my awning all the way to the floor on both sides.

I'M SURE HE WAS BUSY AND PROBABLY NOT ABLE TO GET IN TOUCH WITH ME. I WAS GONE DURING THE DAY, BUT ARRIVED HOME 20 MINUTES BEFORE MY SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT. I PLAN TO CALL BACK TO RESCHEDULE.

HE SAID SINCE WE DIDNT ANSWER THE PHONE HE GUESSED WE WERENT GOING TO BE THERE FOR THE APPOINTMENT, SO HE DIDNT COME. HE NEVER CALLED BACK TO RESET THE APPOINTMENT. I WAS VERY DISAPPOINTED ABOUT THIS BECAUSE WE WERE HURRYING HOME TO MAKE THE APPOINTMENT.
