Averie Asphalt Sealcoating

One of the best small businesses I have ever worked with. Earletta and Brian take great pride in their work – it was like they were doing their own driveway. When they came to do the estimate they showed me all the materials and tools they would be using, and explained each step so I knew exactly what to expect. They had to juggle their schedule for me a couple times because of the weather, but they wanted to be sure the coating would have plenty of time to cure before getting rained on. I have a pretty large driveway (about 8,000 square feet) - the job took twelve hours, and their time was split evenly between prepping, sealing cracks and applying the sealcoat. Their attention to detail is the most amazing aspect of what they do. My entire driveway looks perfect – they even used paintbrushes on the spots that were hard to reach. My driveway is eleven years old, but today it looks as close to new as it can possibly look! If you work with them, you will not be disappointed.

Unlike some outfits the do not thin coat, they carefully prepare the asphalt surface, made needed repairs (quality work) and most of all I liked our personal interaction. Good folks. I picked this company based on reviews from Angi. Thank you Brian & Earletta. They cleaned and sealed our driveway. When I asked them if we need two coats for the driveway, they told me that there is no need and explained about the product that they use. If it is not required, they do not recommend more than one coat to make more money. Other providers had recommended two coats for the same driveway. We are very happy with their service.

I was completely impressed with Averie Asphalt Sealcoating! The price was good, but the service was extraordinary. Promptly came out and provided an estimate. Quickly responded to emailed questions. Communicated well throughout the entire process and were accommodating of my requested schedule change. Driveway looks great - even the painters who were out the next day said they did an "awesome" job!

Excellent. They shuffled a few things around on their schedule to work us in quickly. I asked them to put extra seal and on numerous crack and they did with no additional charge. They were professional, meticulous, friendly and accommodating. In my contacts from now on.

Earletta and Brian of AAS did an awesome job! We hired them after they had performed similarly quality work for our neighbors. They were flexible on the date of work, were conscientious about clean edges and keeping the sealcoat off of the grass, etc. and worked quickly. We had a huge rain the night after work was completed, and they even came back out to make certain everything was ok after the storm. They were great - highly recommended

Brian & Earletta did excellent work on 3 driveways; including one that was in desperate need of crack fill, patchwork and sealant. They stayed in constant communication, showed up on time and completed the work in a very neat and professional manner. I will definitely use them again as they are highly recommended. The price was very affordable considering the the high quality of work performed.

Brian and Earletta were great. Explained what they could do to extend the life of my driveway. Cleaned and edged the drive. Then patched some cracks and small cave-ins from burrowing chipmonks. Sealcoated the drive. No sealcoating on the lawn, building, or landscaping when finished. Very reasonable cost. Great people to work with. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Preparation was very thorough including whacking intruding weeds and blowing dirt off surface. Sealant seems thicker than some and my rough surface looks a lot better.

This seal-coating company is the best driveway sealcoating I know (amongst all previous). Before long its reputation will soar. Co-owner Earletta gives detailed information of their thorough work; you will be amazed and will be impressed by their thoroughness, skill and attention to details. Their price is very reasonable as well. I even gave a tip over contract amt. Try it and you will NOT regret.

Averie Asphalt did a terrific job. They were very particular about cleaning all the weeds, leaves, and debris off the driveway before sealing. Earletta was very responsive in her communications and gave detailed, honest information. They showed up when they said they would, and were a delight to work with. We have a very large drive -- it circles around the back of the house.

The owners were prompt and courteous in their communications with me. They kept me informed of any rain delays. They came out and spent a long time getting the driveway perfectly clean and clear before applying the sealcoat. In fact, I felt really bad about the time it took them and added an additional amount to the check for their additional time. It looks beautiful and gave the driveway a new life. I will update after we have driven on it for a few days.

My one neighbor sealed her driveway and I wasn't fond of the finished product. Then my other neighbor had hers sealed by this company. I went out to talk with them and they were extremely professional, knowledgeable and very easy to talk with. They returned all my phone calls in a reasonable amount of time. So, we decided to go with this company. They did a great job. It was done when they said it would be done. They even called ahead and said they were on their way. However, the weather did not cooperate and they had to reschedule the second coat. What I liked about them is that they were conscientious about the temperature and would not do the second coat unless it was under the right conditions. And even then, they added a fast dry product to ensure the job was done with high integrity. This company knows the in and outs of Asphalt sealing. In addition, this company was very reasonable. We have now been added to his list to do in the future on a regular basis. I highly recommend this company.

THEY WEREN'T SLOPPY LIKE SOME COMPANIES I'VE USED IN THE PAST. THEY KEPT THE SEALER ON THE DRIVEWAY AND OFF THE HOUSE, THE DECK AND SIDEWALK. I WOULD DEFINITELY HIRE THEM AGAIN. MY WIFE EVEN GAVE THEM A "TIP".
