THIS WAS A SHOCKING AND DISAPPOINTING EXPERIENCE. BUYER BEWARE IF YOU DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. THEY WILL NOT HONOR YOUR REQUESTS, NO MATTER HOW SIMPLE OR HOW CLEARLY STATED.
Description of Work: I HIRED THIS COMPANY SPECIFICALLY TO REMOVE DUST FROM OUR HOUSE ON A REGULAR BASIS DUE TO A CHILD'S ALLERGY. I SPECIFIED THIS AND ASKED THAT THE COMPANY ONLY DUST SURFACES AND FLOORS, BUT THAT THESE MUST BE DUSTED VERY CAREFULLY. THEY CLEANED SEVERAL TIMES AND ALL VISIBLE SURFACES APPEARED TO BE WELL-CLEANED. LATER I LOOKED UNDERNEATH BEDS AND COUCH. THEY HAD NEVER BEEN TOUCHED AND WERE LOADED WITH DUST. I CALLED THE COMPANY IN DESPAIR AND WAS TOLD THAT ''I CLEAN ONLY VISIBLE DUST'' AND ''I DON'T MOVE FURNITURE''. I WAS APPALLED! IS MY CHILD ALLERGIC ONLY TO VISIBLE DUST? BEDS ARE THE MOST IMPORTANT PLACE TO DUST WHEN THERE IS AN ALLERGY! IT IS NOT NECESSARY TO MOVE FURNITURE IN ORDER TO MOP UNDER A BED OR A COUCH. I SPECIFIED THESE AREAS WHEN WE FIRST CONTRACTED AND MADE MY SIMPLE NEEDS VERY CLEAR. I ASKED FOR A PARTIAL REFUND ON SERVICES, BUT HEARD NOTHING. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! THEY ARE NOT HONEST AND ARE NOT CONCERNED WITH THE CUSTOMER'S NEEDS OR PREFERENCES.

We are sorry that your experience with our service was less than satisfactory. In our defense, we communicated that we do not move heavy furniture when cleaning your home. If there is an area that you would like for us to clean, we ask that our customer make arrangements to move heavy items in order to clean the requested area. Further, we ask that any request for us to clean the inside of a furniture item and or under furniture item, that the customer reviews the scope with the cleaner so that all expectations can be met. We are sorry to hear that your experience with our company was less than satisfactory.

RITA DOES A VERY THOROUGH AND CONSISTENT JOB. I USED HER BEFORE AND WILL USE HER AGAIN. VERY TRUSTWORTHY.
Description of Work: CLEANED ENTIRE HOUSE (OVER 3000 SQ. FT)BEFORE WE MOVED IN. LOTS OF WOODWORK AND 3 1/2 BATHS.
