Description of Work: I WENT TO THEIR STORE AND RECEIVED EXCELLENT ANSWERS TO MY QUESTIONS. MR. MORRIS SET UP AN APPOINTMENT TO COME TO MY HOUSE AND GIVE ME AN ESTIMATE FOR A DIRECT VENT FIREPLACE INSTALLATION IN A GREAT ROOM AND A FRANKLIN STOVE IN A REC ROOM. SOMEONE CAME TO MY HOUSE AN HOUR LATE WITHOUT A PHONE CALL AND LEFT NO ESTIMATE. HE SAID HE HAD TO RETURN TO STORE AND GET MORE INFORMATION AND THEN A WRITTEN ESTIMATE WOULD BE SENT TO ME. I NEVER RECEIVED AN ESTIMATE AND I'VE CALLED TWICE WITH PROMISES MADE TO CALL ME RIGHT BACK WITH NO RETURN PHONE CALL.
