The estimation process went very well, and the person who handled our account was easy to work with. They ended up subcontracting out the work, however, and we had problems with the crew. I had some tools outside of my garage, which ended up missing. Aspen ended up replacing those tools. A few years later, I had to have another company come out to re-flash the area around the chimney, since it was done incorrectly.

UNFORTUNATELY THEY WERE RECOMMENDED BY OUR REMODELER-THEY WERE TERRIBLE & WE FAILED SEVERAL INSPECTATIONS -IN THE END ALL THE WORK WAS DONE TO MY SATISFACTION, BUT IT TOOK EFFORT. COST $1530 KL
