 + -1 moreEverything is wrong with this store, customer service, and delivery. 1. Delivery people arrive 3-4 hours early (not within the window) and then won't deliver your furniture. 2. Delivery #1 - wrong sofa, wrong color, wrong fabric 3. Delivery #2 - delivery people put huge holes in the walls 4. Delivery #3 - coffee tables arrived broken 5. Delivery #4 - delivery people were 2 hours early, again not in the window for working people 6. Delivery #5 - good delivery people, wrong bedroom nightstand delivered, mislabeled 7. Delivery #6 - Cancelled after waiting 4 months for bedroom set 8. Customer Service - tried calling at least 10 times, nobody answers 9. Delivery number - tried calling at least 5 times, nobody answers 10. Easton Mall, Columbus, OH - 90% of the time, nobody answers the phone, voicemail doesn't work 11. No ETA on bedroom set that we've been waiting 4 months for - no delivery date, no ETA, no response. This is the WORST furniture store I have ever worked with in 40 years and I have furnished at least 10 homes.

 + -1 moreJim Campbell was very helpful. He spent time showing us what they had that would fit our needs. He was not high pressure and often would step away so we could discuss a potential purchase in privacy. Compared to other stores where we felt we would not get out of the store without buying something, we found this to be a refreshing experience.

Description of Work: We went to look for a new mattress and box spring. We were helped by Dave Miller the showroom manager. He was friendly and very helpful in explaining the different products. We came back later to buy. He saw us enter the store,remembered us ,and came to help us as soon as he could. The items were delivered by 2 young men. They were careful of our property while very quickly and efficiently setting up the bed. They were friendly and pleasant. A piece of plastic on the box spring needed to be reattached. I placed a call to customer service and a man came out a few days later to take care of the problem. He had it reattached in minutes. Everyone we dealt with was friendly, helpful,and very nice to deal with. This is the type of service that all companies should aspire to deliver.
