It was a COMPLETE NIGHTMARE working with this realtor agency for over 3 months. Their Agent wouldn't return phone calls or emails to my agent. She had every excuse in the book about every mishap during the 3 month process. I would highly advise against using this agency if you want good customer service. She didn't know how to properly submit counter offers. She didn't get her clients signatures on the counter offers. This agency advertises that they proudly work with Feddie Mac Homesteps program, but they didn't even know about the Homesteps specials that were going on at the time, we had to tell them about it, and she even admitted she had never done a Homesteps deal before. She couldn't confirm what the HOA fees for several months. Finally she said they were a certain amount, and I just found out when I got my first bill that she was off by $125. She was constantly making excuses that she was sick, or her internet was down, or she was going on vacation, or others in her office were sick, or she was taking the Brokers exam. Those were all actual excuses! She wouldn't return phone calls for days, and sometimes it would take my agent 5 times calling in a row to get her to answer. She rarely responded to my agents emails. She sent us a seller signed package but didn't tell us why the seller didn't sign our extremely important addendum, and when we asked why, she told my agent she couldn't think about it over the weekend until next Tuesday because she was going on vacation. She told my agent the tenant had signed a Cash For Keys offer to move-out on a certain date, but 2 weeks before that date, she informed my agent that the tenant never signed afterall. She didn't respond to my appraisers request to access the home for appraisal. We repeatedly asked the agent to provide power of attorney documentation from the bank for several weeks. Finally we were fed up and we asked the Title company directly, which they provided to us immediately. On the day of Closing, her phone stopped taking incoming phone calls, so it made her impossible to reach. She told my agent that they would mow the lawn, clean the house, and remove the furniture and junk left by the tenant by the day of closing. But they never did anything. We had to complain and have her reimburse us for doing her job several weeks after closing. A guy did show up on the day of closing, but the only work order he was given was to wipe down the counters, none of the other promised items were on his work order so he left and didn't complete any of the cleaning. This guy smelled of alcohol too. She also told my agent that the unpaid HOA dues were all taken care of, but the day after closing I found out that she failed to disclosed to the Title company that an HOA even existed! Thats a huge mistake for any realtor, not disclosing to the title company there was an HOA. I found out by calling the HOA myself, and there was $2,465.01 in unpaid HOA fees going back to 2009!!!! Luckily my loan had not funded yet, so we worked with the Title company to get the seller to pay, and they did, no thanks to this agent. Steer clear of this agency!
