I couldn't figure out how to do it myself. He said it would give it a shot. It is not his expertise. He would only charge me if he was successful. He was successful and what he charged me was less than what other quoted. I was very happy with him.

Excellent Excellent Service. My mom was locked out of her house. Key would not work in one lock and I lost my key. Dave answered the phone right away and within 10 minutes was as my Mom's house to open up the door. He was kind. professional and a pleasure to have met. I am glad I have his name for any other emergencies and to share with friends. His price was reasonable for the superior service he provided.

Monty was here before 4 and left before 5:30pm He clean up behind himself and he was very personable and he told me how to operate the softener. I cared about my being satisfied

In addition to getting the job done, he was spent a few minutes explaining to our inquisitive children what he was doing.

I accidentally locked myself out my house, and after exhausting all other options, realized I had to call a locksmith. In somewhat of a panic, I called the first company that seemed trustworthy on a web search on my phone. I should have known to go straight to Angie's List. The first company took two hours, and once they arrived started drilling into my door. I'm not a locksmith, but I knew that couldn't be the answer. He said he needed a smaller drill bit and his partner was going to come over in 30 minutes. At that point I went to Angie's List, called OpenIt, and he was at my house in 15 minutes, and got me in my house in literally 30 seconds. The tech who arrived, I actually forget his name, was incredibly professional and trustworthy. He made me feel better about having a locksmith coming to my home. $73 for an emergency service call and service was worth it to me--I don't plan on making a habit of getting locked out.

There was flooding all over the city and he stayed in contact with me until he could get to me. He really went the extra mile for me on a very stormy evening. Great guy.

They were responsive and reasonable priced.
