Rob was very nice, knowledgeable and efficient with his evaluation of our furnace.

Service on my gas furnace was done by Easton A. It was tested and cleaned to prepare for the winter season. He was very efficient, thorough and personable. He was also knowledgeable in answering my questions and offered advice and suggestions about possible future services and products.

Tech. Mikele did a fantastic job performing the HVAC PM. Mikele explained functions to me to allow the system to run more efficiently.

The gentleman, Kevin, was amazing. He helped us understand the work he did and the importance of annual maintenance.

The four outstanding Columbus Worthington Air employees Rob, Brian, Nate, and Camran teamed up to replace my worn-out 10 year old Bryant natural gas furnace with a new one of the same type. Rob, who has done my AC and Furnace annual maintenance for many years, did a detailed check of my old furnace, and noted, with pictures, that the heat exchanger was pitting and starting to rust through. Clearly, a new furnace was need asap. Rob made the appointment for the sales representative Brian to come out the same day, and the new Bryant furnace was ordered and scheduled to be installed the very next day. Nate (the senior tech), and his assistant Camran, came out the very next day by 8:00 AM, and did an outstanding install, of not only the new furnace, but also redid the vertical ductwork from the ceiling to the left base of the furnace, where a larger 24x25x5 inch HEP 16 filter could be inserted to increase the airflow, by 25 percent, through the new furnace. Their design and finished install was really an efficient, compact work of art. (It also included how the existing April Air Humidifier was securely re-attached to the new furnace.) All of the above Rob, Brian, Nate, and Camran were highly skilled, intelligent, and easy to communicate and work with. Keep them all. They were great.

No pressure sale, they were knowledgeable about putting my furnace in. They kept my house clean by using tarps to go up and down my steps. The installers were friendly and they showed me how to use my new furnace and my thermostat

Unfortunately, we learned that our system was in need of replacement due to repairs not being worth it based on the age. David, Delonte, Winson, and Andy were the gents I worked with throughout the duration and were great! David made sure to give it to me straight about what was going on and offered to bring in someone to help decide how to best replace our system. Delonte worked with our budget and was able to put together a package that exceeded our expectations for the value. Winon and Andy installed our HVAC system, and left the place spotless, were kind, efficient, and helped answer all of my questions. Thanks for making the process easy as possible! Tyler, Andrew M, and Henry came to install a mini split unit for the Master Bedroom. They did an excellent job and cleaned up completely after the work was completed. They kept me informed during the installation process and when complete they made sure that I understood everything needed about the unit, its operation, maintenance, and controls. Finally, they made sure that I had no further questions before they left the job site. At all times they were professional, courteous, and kept things clean. The installation looks great, and I would recommend them for any HVAC work.
