Description of Work: Inspected entire house plumbing, replaced toilet mechanisms as requested, replaced outside spigot, fixed spray hose on kitchen sink and added critical shutoff valves. Technician was helpful, fair and direct. Overall excellent experience.

Description of Work: The service repairman was very nice and after inspecting the faucet with the leak he said he could write me an estimate for the repair. He had to go out to his truck to write it. He had arrived much earlier than scheduled and I thought that was very nice since I had somewhere to be after 5:00 that evening. He showed me the estimate which had three options which he said was standard procedure. 1.Rebuild 2 handle Delta Faucet ..................$313.50 2.Replace two handle Delta Faucet.............$585.40 3.Install custom supply sink Faucet.......$367.89 4.Truck operating supplies..............................$ 29.50 After reviewing the estimates I shared with him that I felt the prices were too high. I asked him if I owed him any money for the service call and he said no. I thanked him for coming and said I would not use the service and he left with a hand shake. One heck of a nice guy too bad the price was so high.

Description of Work: Had a major drain problem, water was backed up in my kitchen and ruined the floors. I called 2 other plumbers and they never showed up. I then called ARS/Rescue Rooter - they told me they would be there in the morning. They arrived promptly at 9:AM and snaked the drain. Everything was fine after that. I also had a cleanout drain installed outside. They dug up the yard, did the work, and cleaned up everything in the house as well as outside. The technicians were pleasant, efficient and professional. I would recommend them to anyone. Just wish I would have called them first.

Description of Work: Technician (Montana) was excellent and explained items of future concern as he went around. Would use this company again-I even called the company to let them know how impressed I was with his service.

Description of Work: snaked basement drain. DID NOT FINISH JOB. GAVE AN ESITMATE OF 9,875.00 for a whole new system. Had waterworks come out the next day and snaked the drain for 254.00. NO PROBLEMS SINCE WATERWORKS DID THE JOB RIGHT.

THEY NEVER RETURNED, DID NOT RETURN PHONE CALLS, AND THE PEOPLE I SPOKE WITH WHEN I CALLED EACH PROFESSED TO HAVE NO FIRST HAND INFORMATION, BUT GAVE CONFLICTING REPORTS. THEY SENT ME TO THE HOME WARRANTY FIRM, WHOSE NOTES SAID THE SERVICE TECH SAID I HAD A SEDIMENT PROBLEM (NOT COVERED BY WARRANTY), BUT HE NEVER TOOK ANY PART OF THE FAUCET APART TO DETERMINE THIS. THE RESCUE ROOTER SUPERVISOR PROMISED TO CALL ME BACK BUT HE DID NOT, AND DID NOT RETURN CALLS.

Description of Work: MY HOME WARRANTY COMPANY SENT THEM TO FIX MY BROKEN HOT WATER TANK. WHEN NICK ARRIVED HE BEGAN BY TELLING ME THAT THERE WERE SEVERAL ''ILLEGAL'' ITEMS WITH MY HOT WATER TANK AND HE REFUSED TO LOOK AT MY TANK. HE THEN SUBMITTED HIS FINDINGS TO AHS AND THEY UNINSURED MY HOT WATER TANK. I HAD TO HIRE SOMEONE ELSE TO COME OUT AND LOOK AT MY TANK. I NOW HAD BEEN 7 DAYS WITHOUT HOT WATER. ANOTHER PLUMBING COMPANY CAME OUT AND FIXED MY TANK AND LET ME KNOW THAT THE ITEMS THAT COLUMBUS RESCUE ROOTER SAID WERE ''ILLEGAL'' WERE NOT. I THINK THEY WERE SCAMMING ME.

I CALLED THREE TIMES, AND THEY KEPT TELLING ME THEY WOULD BE THERE, UNTIL I FINALLY RECEIVED THE ANSWERING MACHINE. THEY CAME THE NEXT DAY TO DO THE WORK, WHICH WAS DONE WELL, BUT THEIR LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE MADE ME VERY ANGRY.

Description of Work: THIS COMPANY CAME OUT UNDER AMERICAN HOME SHIELD TO CHECK THE WATER TANK LEAK AND GARBAGE DISPOSAL. EVEN THOUGH THE ITEMS WERE COVERED UNDER HOME WARRANTY TO REPLACE, THEY SAID THERE WOULD BE A $310 CHARGE THAT I WOULD HAVE TO PAY AND $75 FOR THE GARBAGE DISPOSAL AND IT WOULD HAVE TO BE GRAY NOT WHITE IN MY WHITE SINK.
