Description of Work: They replaced my two outdoor faucets. Very friendly guys, did good work and did it quickly. I don't know much about going rates for this type of work but $500 seemed kind of high to me. All in all, I am satisfied and would use them again.

Description of Work: When the service provider arrived at my home on Monday 8/25/14, he first checked out my bathtub that needed to be snaked. Before doing any work, he sat down to review my deal which was "pay $50 for $100 worth of plumbing repairs". He explained that I would still owe $150 out of pocket as their charge for snaking the bathtub would be $200. This is too high for my budget right now. When I previously had this same kind of work done a few years ago it was only $99. He was very nice about the whole thing, he completed the bill, told me to sign beside where he had written on the bill: "ESTIMATE", further explaining that I would definitely not be charged anything because all he had done was to give me an estimate without performing any work.

Description of Work: They came and evaluated how my sump pump is doing. It had worked fine until they came, at which point they told me that it was dead and gave me a huge estimate to replace it. I will be getting other estimates.

Description of Work: They came and took a look at the water heater. Within a few minutes, he told me that the heater has problems, as it has deposits at the bottom and the valve is stuck! He suggested that we should think about replacing it with a tankless WH, giving a spiel about all the advantages of the tank less system. |I told him that I am not interested in making a big investment in water heater, since the tank is less than 4 years old. He started to leave. Then I asked him if he wasn't going to do a comprehensive inspection of the plumbing system! He said that the inspection only involves a visual look, so he went around and looked under the sinks, and declared that everything is OK. |It seemed to me that the comprehensive inspection was just a ruse. He was only interested in pushing a tankless WH. |I believe that this purchase was a total waste of money. |

Description of Work: They installed a new toilet. They were quick to get the work done and did a solid job!

Description of Work: They located the blockage which required digging up my basement floor. The repairs to the drain pipe was satisfactory. However the repairs (rough finish) concrete to my basement floor has left the floor extremely uneven. It is quite noticeable even though the room is carpeted. I will have to hire someone to repair it in the future at additional expense to me. They need to provide better quality cement work.
