RAN ELECTRIC SNAKE OVER AN HOUR BECAUSE HE WAS UNABLE TO GET IT PAST A CERTAIN POINT. I HAD TO ASK HIM TO STOP. IT WAS CLEAR IT WOULD NOT GO THROUGH. HE FAILED TO CHECK CLEANOUT PORT, WHICH WAS IN PLAIN VIEW. WOULD HAVE FOUND PROBLEM VERY QUICKLY HAD HE DONE THAT. WALKED THRU SEWAGE UNNECESSARILY AND MADE NO ATTEMPT TO PROTECT CARPET. DID GET LINE TEMPORARILY UNPLUGGED, THOUGH.
