After the original service time was not met, we scheduled for the next morning. Since the original appointment was not met, we received a certificate for a $50 reimbursement from the parent company. The form is easy to fill out with a pre-paid envelope. At this time, I can only hope they honor the rebate. Tony, the serviceman, was very polite, informative, and performed the job in a short period of time. Rates are quoted in one half hour increments.

A big ''Thank you'' to Andy who came to assess my sewer line. He was on time, courteous and professional. He answered all my questions. I had already been told by two companies that my line was totally stopped up. One company tried for three hours to open it, but with no success. Andy wanted to try for a short time(minimum price) and see if he could make headway. He used his know-how and persistence and successfully opened my line, which saved me at least $3500!!

They never showed up until the next morning. They cleared the line and gave me a 180 day warranty. Once the sewer backed up again, they kept telling me they were on their way, showed up with the wrong equipment, and messed up my time. Whenever I called them, they kept giving me the runaround, and even when they finally showed up, they didn't have the right tools. Their responsiveness is even worse if it's a problem under warranty. Their customer service is horrible, and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone!

Tiba, the company's plumber sent to do the repair, was very polite and well organized and arrived when requested on the day of the actual repair. The first call for repair took an entire day of waiting. In hindsight, I should have gone to the office and waited for them to call me which they will do. After we discussed the repair to be made, I asked that he gather all the necessary fixture replacements and return on a specified day which he did and at the time requested. Prior to the repair, he wrote down exactly what was required and the cost to which I agreed. I was not convinced the tub was the sole cause of the water leak but rather than cutting a hole in my ceiling, he convinved me to fix the tub problem first and if there was another problem after that, he would return immediately. Now I'm very glad he convinced me of this course of action. I'm very pleased with the service and would request him again.

The company was on time and cleaned up after the work was complete. The warranty is a nice feature just in case one of the connections becomes loose or the drain is not completely cleared of the food debris.

A professional job done by a professional company. I will be using them in the future. Contractor was very friendly, helpful and cleaned up well. I had a 2 hour window for the appointment. When they called to tell me the contractor was on his way, it took him another hour to get here.

Mel Childress did the work. Very polite and did a great job. Showed husband his work when done .

I would not recommend this company. I would have used this company to complete what American Home Shield did not cover, but they were very unresponsive to the time I spent waiting for them to arrive, without calling to inform me of any delay their technician was experiencing.

I called them on a Saturday and was told that they would be there the following Monday at 9 a.m. They arrived on time and gave me an estimate of the work that needed to be done. Rich came out to my house to do the work. He was very friendly and did excellent work. He had to trench up the front yard to get to the old pipe but when he was done the yard looked really good. He even planted grass seed over the spot that he had to dig up. The yard and my basement were cleaned up by the time that the work was done. They were a little expensive but I would use them again.

We first discovered (and smelled) the problem at 4 pm and were set to leave on vacation at 7 am the next morning. We needed someone to come out that night! Mel arrived at 6:30 p.m. with his truck and soon found the problem - a blocked main line. He took care of it, and advised us on a leak and the state of the septic tank. We appreciated his knowledge and professionalism. We will use this company again.

I think Rescue Rooter might have done quality work but the quote was way out of line with the competition.

THEY LEFT THE BACK YARD A MESS AND DID NOT CLEAN UP. THEY DID NOT FIX THE PLANTS THEY DESTROYED.

PUNCTUAL AND KEPT OUR KITCHEN CLEAN. SUGGESTED PRODUCT TO HELP KEEP PIPES OPEN.

GEROME WAS GREAT! ARRIVED PROMPTLY. EXPLAINED EVERYTHING THOROUGHLY. I WILL DEFINITELY USE THEM AGAIN.

THEY CHECKED OUT OUR PROBLEM AND HELPED US LOCATE IT AT THEIR OWN EXPENSE.

WE FELT COMPLETELY RIPPED OFF. NOT HAVING KNOWLEDGE OF TOILET MECHANISMS, WE FEEL THE TECHNICIAN WAS EITHER DISHONEST AND TOOK ADVANTAGE OF US OR WAS COMPLETELY INCOMPETENT. WE WOULD NEVER USE THEM AGAIN OR RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE.

THEY OFFERED AN ANGIE'S LIST DISCOUNT.

CHARGED $169 FOR A JOB, FOR WHICH A PLUMBER WANTED $400. RESCUE ROOTER WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL. I WILL MOST CERTAINLY USE THEM AGAIN.

IT ENDED UP BEING MORE THAN THE ESTIMATE AND THE CITY INSPECTOR SAID IT WAS A PRETTY BAD JOB, THOUGH THEY DID COME BACK AND CORRECT IT.

EXTREMELY ACCOMMODATING! WORKED AROUND SCHEDULE AND COMPLICATIONS WITH MY WATER COMPANY. VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE (JOHN, SERVICE TECH), AND HONEST RE: WHAT NEEDED TO BE DONE.

OVERALL, THEY WERE FAIRLY DECENT, BUT IN THE FUTURE I WOULD PROBABLY SHOP AROUND. BUT THEY GOT THE JOB DONE.

THEY KNOCKED OUT THE WALL AND FIXED THE PLUMBING, BUT THEY DIDN'T FIX THE FLOOR OR THE WALL AND THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO. AFTER FOLLOWING UP WITH THEM, THEY SAID THEY WOULD CHARGE US MORE TO FIX THE WALL, EVEN THOUGH THEY ORIGINALLY SAID THAT WAS INCLUDED.

COMPANY RESPONDED QUICKLY, AND COMPLETED THE REQUIRED WORK IN A TIMELY MANNER. THEY LEFT THE WORK AREA CLEAN.

ARMSTER (TECH) WAS JUST GREAT. VERY PROFESSIONAL. THE SERVICE WAS WITHIN THE WINDOW THEY GAVE ME. WHICH WAS A 2 HOUR WINDOW FOR THE WEEKEND. EVEN THOUGH THE COUPON IN ANGIE'S PUBLICATION STATES ONE HOUR, WEEKENDS ARE A 2 HOUR WINDOW. THEY CAME WELL BEFORE THE 2 HOUR WINDOW. HE WAS THOROUGH AND PROFESSIONAL. EVEN THOUGH IT TOOK MORE TIME AND EQUIPMENT THAN EXPECTED, BUT HE DID NOT ADJUST THE COST. HE STUCK TO THE ESTIMATE. WOULD CERTAINLY RECOMMEND THEM FOR WEEKEND/EMERGENCY SERVICES.

PLUMBER WAS HERE PROMPTLY. VERY COURTEOUS. DID WORK IN TIMELY MANNER, CLEANED UP. ALSO GAVE QUOTE ON FUTURE WORK AT NO ADDITIONAL COST. WORK DONE BY MICHAEL BROOKS.
