GREAT took time to explain what would be done

It went really well. Talked to a lady names Jody, she arranged things for me, and went out of her way, the guy that came out was Dave and he was very personable and did a really good job. Put in a lot effort.

my basement flooded so I called out ARS - Rescue Rooter Columbus to get the free estimate that was advertised. He he would not go down to the pump because the floors were wet and he did not have boots. He just gave me an estimate of $1000 for two pumps by standing on the stairs.

ARS came out and fixed the shower but a few days later it was very hard to turn on and off. They came back and re-repaired the shower and it has worked great ever since.

He completed the work and it was good. He got the correct part and installed it, but he did not have a hose to connect it back. But over all his work was good.

Hot water heater flush went fine. Technician could not get old drain off without breaking it so he did the right thing and stopped without removing it.

Great - came quickly and fixed it quickly

It took several hours to get him there, but it was the weekend. He did get the job done within the promised 2 hours, even though he ran into some problems. It's an old house. He was pleasant and explained everthing.

Called ARS Rescue Rooter at 12:00 noon on Saturday 8/13/16 after a main sewer backup in our home. We were told that a technician would be at our home between 1pm and 4pm. At 4pm we were told technician was running late and it would be after 4pm. At 5pm we were told that we were next in line and a technician would be there in an hour, as soon as they finished up the previous call. By 6pm no one was there and I called for an ETA. Answering service said they would contact technician for an ETA and let us know. We never heard from anyone. By 7:30pm we called again. This time the on-call technician called and said he knew nothing about the call and would head to our home. He arrived by 8:30, and took care of the problem. We waited almost 9 hours for service with no working restrooms. Unacceptable.

Never showed up! No courtesy call letting us know that they weren't coming! Been without central air for over two weeks due to this business being inconsiderate of returning phone calls and not showing up.

I didn't like it too much. It was $89 extra. They should do the job thoroughly and make sure that they bring you an ADA approved toilet and that's exactly what they're going to give you. They had to come back out three times to fix the problem. The toilet still rocks back and forth like a pony. It's the best they could do.

The gentlemen who did the work were very courteous and did exactly what was asked of them.

Technician Davis displayed a very protective behavior from the beginning of his visit in my unit. I call plumbers from outside when my husband is on his service. Usually he is taking care over all plumbing stuff in the unit because he used to be a certified plumber. So, I always ask technicians working in my apartment to explain me and show me the problem because later my husband wants to know what happened while he was out. This guy (Davis) got nervous very easy/quickly when I asked him to explain & show the problem. "Why do you need to see where I am going to tighten the supply line?", he asked me. I stopped to ask him and only silently opened my eyes when he showed me the price. He tried to joke when he performed his paper work. But why he was speechless when I asked him to explain me the reason of water dripping? He was happy when he saw my disappointment. The service was provided around 6:00 PM. I assume this guy was already tired. I completely can understand him. But, unfortunately, customer service plays a great role in any business success. My previous experience with Chris Prater from the same company was excellent due to his ability to explain and show the problem. I thought that The ARS Rescue Rooter company entirely consisted of respectful & professional persons. I had a coupon of $50.00 what gave me some relief. It was accepted by the technician.

The work involved was a little bit more complicated. So they did additional work. There is still a little leak in the sink and it's hard to get to the sink stopper. They were prompt in coming out and they scheduled really easily.

Good. He was helpful and didn't encourage us to spend money that we didn't need to spend.

At the end of the day, he said I owed him $205, which would be a total of $405, but I didn't know that. I didn't realize the $205 was in addition to what I paid for the Angie's List deal. I said, "So I owe you $5, right?" and he said no, I owed $205. The corporate headquarters sent a follow up survey to my email and I completed it. They responded to my survey by calling me and said that I had signed an estimate. I said no, my name was on an estimate, but he didn't give me the paperwork until after he did the work. Since he didn't give me an estimate ahead of time, they did refund $200. That was a very expensive price to pay to replace an outdoor faucet.

I wouldn't purchase a Big Deal from them again. He didn't do anything. What he did I wouldn't call a toilet tune-up. He took the lid off and said this is this and this is that and put the lid back on.

when called told of the work needed. I had the valve to go in. when tech got here price jumped up a lot. had to have city turn water off at the street and had to have it done.when done tech did not stay for city to turn on water, was on way at the all most done point. city got there no more then ten minutes later. thankfully no leaks.

Greg explained everything as we accompanied him around the house and answered all questions. We appreciated his answers to all our questions and he was thorough in explaining all issues and options for the needed work and updates. We will definitely have this company do the recommended work.

This provider performed services a year ago but when following up with them this week, they were very professional, kind, thorough and timely with their response to my inquiry.

Did what I paid for. I was pleased with the service.

They arrived promptly, returned when they said they would and stayed until the job was finished since we couldn't use any plumbing during the work. All of the staff were polite and hard workers. I actually had them out twice for different sections of the sewer tile. It would have been nice to get it all done t once, but it seemed to be fixed the first time. They were apologetic that they had to come out again, but there was no way we could have foreseen the second problem. We couldn't see any problems when they ran the camera through. My only complaint would be the roughness of the patched cement floor. It is very bumpy. I have no idea if it was a good price, I didn't call anyone else since this was an emergency situation.

I got them out of Angie's List magazine. I use a particular plumber called Carlos Brown. If I am not happy with someone, I generally don't use them again.
