The finances were a mess. A plumber came out and he told me that the cost of the whole operation turned out to be $304 dollars. This was just for putting in a sink faucet and handles. He did do good work. I worked fine with him. The faucet I purchased, was not the right size, so I had to run down to Lowe’s to exchange it. He did do some other plumbing services. I also did not get the $99.00 for $200 credit. I then contacted Angie’s List and I was able to get the refund.

The service went very well. They did exactly what the deal stated. Two technicians came out and completed the installation in a couple of hours. They showed up right on time and I really liked that they did exactly what they would. I had no problem scheduling the deal.

I paid $99.00 for 2 hours of labor through Angies List. I had 2 toilets that were running and a leaky bathroom faucet. Upon inspection, I was told that to repair all three would cost more than installing new. I was quoted prices just for labor, not materials, that were 3 times the going rate. Over $300.00 to install one toilet. I feel as if they took my $99.00 and gave me a quote knowing I would never use the service so they could keep my money for doing nothing. I would never recommend using this company!

I had no problems with them and had them provide an estimate for other work in my home.

The technician showed up on time and spent some time with my husband explaining how the sump pump was working and how to stop the back up battery to stop beeping in the future. He was very nice. Nothing more was needed.

The connection for the hose on the toilet in my master bath broke off resulting in significant flooding. As a result I not only needed this repaired but wanted to have my other tolilets checked in addition to all of the plumbing. Although Dan missed the time window, when he arrived he was polite and listened to all of my concerns as he checked all of the plumbing as well as inspected my water heater. He not only made the necessary repair he also replaced the hoses on the other tanks per my request. He even went out and purchased better parts when I expressed my concerns in using the same materials as the original. I would definitely recommend ARS Rescue Rooter for any plumbing repairs.

They tried to charge us over $500 to clean out the septic. Everybody else charges about $300. They've done other things for us in the past. They've fixed water leaks and things like that. They came out and scoped the basement to check for leaks in the drain lines. We haven't had any problems with them, except they are terribly expensive, until last summer with the septic system. They tried to sell us a new entire septic system and the county guy that was out didn't know why, because there was nothing wrong with ours. They tried to tell us that roots were cracking up the concrete and the county guy checked it all and there were some roots down there, but the concrete was great. Then they said they were going to clean out the septic and they came over while we were gone on a weekend day and supposedly did some work. When we got back, it didn't look like it had been cleaned. We had another guy come and check it out and he said they didn't really clean this out. We ended up settling with them for $300. We told them we didn't want them here anymore.

They were very good! They actually helped by recommending a few different options and price ranges (rather than just recommending the highest priced option). They cleaned up well, too. He was very knowledgeable and helpful in answering my questions. Our main line was clogged by a tree root, and he was able to make an educated guess on where and how to precisely cut out the blockage.

David was prompt and professional. But the company wanted too much money to replace two outdoor faucets.

It was great. I will use them again.

The work I need to have done was much more than what the Big Deal was able to offer. The price would have been much more. We attempted to negotiate, but we could not with the price difference. They were very prompt. The young man, David was very professional. He even showed me their corporate pricing and presentation.

minutes around 1:25pm . I told her that no one would be there and asked the tech call me back. Of course no one called me. I had to call back around 4 or 5 pm several times. I was told that the tech stopped by the property and called me. I had my phone all afternoon and never got the call. The dispatcher could not reach the tech. I am really frustrated. I would never use this company.

Hello. I wanted to commend Sean and Ival for their service in providing plumbing services to get my issue resolved. I had two visits, with the first being my initial assessment. The 2nd visit - the technician had to reinstall some piping. There was water left on the basement floor from when the pipe was removed from corrosion on the first visit. In addition, there was a lot of sludge buildup (which traces were left behind on the floor), but Ival did a great job with explaining things to me; and telling me what to do in the event that I have a problem in the future. Ival woked for 4 hrs to get me straightened out (and he himself was covered with sludge). I really appreciate his/their effort. Thanks guys! 😂

They contacted me back right away. We set up an appointment, the guys showed up. He did everything he's supposed to. The one thing that kind of turned me off a little bit is I had a question about the performance of a dual water heater system and I had a question on how it works so I started asking questions on that but then very quickly he wanted to sell me a tankless water heater, and once he came to that conclusion, he kind of focused on that and kind of left everything else.

The project started on time, but the weather played a factor to some degree. Major completion done within two days;however,the ground needed to settle. Thirty days was requested and I agreed. The area has received a lot of rain and that has helped the project towards a completion date. I have been in contact with the company the whole time. Additional work has scheduled sometime the week (06/29/2014). This is an excellent company and I have had to use them before. They are very professional. The cost I thought was bit expensive, but everything needed to repair/replaced on a home has gone up. For my Band of Neighbors: You can do your homework and get several other companies prices, but not all companies provide the same services like ARS.

I recently purchased a $50 big deal for plumbing services from ARS/Rescue Rooter. I expected to use the $100 credit for drain clog services and a possible leak fix. However, when the ARS tech came out, the quote was so outrageous, it made my $50 purchase worthless. All they did was pump up the price of the services to cover my $100 credit. They quoted me 2 bath tub drain snakes and a copper elbow pipe replacement at $907.71! The tech also quoted me the items separately - $366.02 for the snaking of the two tubs and $541.69 for the elbow replacement. I didn't have them do any work and went to Lowe's immediately after. I purchased a $2 snake zip cord product and cleaned out both tub clogs in under 10 minutes. I want a refund for the purchase as I will never use ARS.

It went well. They were willing to coordinate with our renters and the issue was fixed.

Mr. Carter was assigned as the tech to come out on my Warranty Call for the Water Heater. In the end it was replaced. He was very professional, very knowledgeable, explained everything to me that I understood exactlywhat was needed and listened to my concerns as well. Had the job done within a few hours given thathe had to leave to get a water heater. After the work was done, he even took the time to double check that everything was connected properly and cleaned up after the small drops of water trail left by the old water heater from when he took it out. Very impressed by him and his professionalism.

The inspection went well and the sump pump install was done satisfactorily. The camera inspection found some issues. The inspector said that one of my downspout lines was collapsed which I have since found out is not true, the end piece came off and the pipe was further back from the curb. The inspector was also suppose to give me some estimates for work, but I have not received those estimate.

Contractor had to bring in an electric powered snake-to the basement clean-out. The serviceman was very polite and considerate as to not to soil the floors/carpet to and from the basement. Provided advice on how to avoid these type of clogs in the future.

Service man was very through and although the source of our leak was not easy to find he did not give up as others have. He stayed until the leak was identified.

I received a quote in January for sewer line replacement from my house to the city main after discovering back-up issues in my basement. A contract was signed and down payment made for the project. The crew was scheduled to show up four days later right when the weather turned even colder. It was possibly the worst weather for such an undertaking. Despite that, they did a great job working all day and well past dark for 3 solid days. Even in the most difficult of conditions, John and Bret labored tirelessly to complete the job working 10 to 12 hour days. The yard restoration was contractually scheduled to begin "by March 24th". ARS never called or contacted me once in all of March, April, or May. In their defense, the long winter prevented any inclinations of a yard restore for March and most of April, but a phone call would have been appreciated. I eventually called in May when I knew the weather would be accommodating and I had the days off. I was informed that they were backed up on yard restores but that I was "on the list" of people to contact. No date was specified for the restore to begin. I called a second time a week or two later and was immediately scheduled for the following Thursday (just two days away). Luckily I had the days off and was home for the restoration of the back yard. The crew was on time and worked hard all day to complete the project. A very satisfactory job was done and all my expectations were met or exceeded. Eric was very professional and worked tirelessly until job completion. The crews working for ARS are top notch and know their trade. The price was better than the competitors quotes I received by a significant amount. I would not hesitate to call ARS again.

Purchased Big deal, scheduled the work. When they came out they quoted me a an outrageous price to snake my drain. Decided to cancel the deal and go with another provider.
