Arrow Heating and Cooling

Awful. I called on Sunday when the AC (emergency) was dripping down my ceiling. Supposed to have 24/7 service. Left message. Never heard from them - at all - not even on Monday business hours. Do not use!!!

They were on time. They cleaned up after themselves. I thought the price was reasonable. It took a couple of tries to get them here. Overall, I think they were really good with their punctuality, the service that they provided and their cleanliness. It took about 30-40 minutes.

I scheduled an appointment to repair 2 Heating units. The women who took my call transferred me to "Nate". Nate was completely professional. I agreed to meet him on site in a time slot of 11AM -12PM. First, let me say I hate to wait in 28 degree weather but was OK with it. I think when we are paying $160.00 for the first hour of work a set appt. ould be obtainable? At 11:30 AM he, nor his technician had shown so I called his cell phone at left a message to have them call me and verify the arrival. No response at 12:01PM I called again and left a message I was leaving. Nate responded at 12:09 and left a message he was at the Hospitol with his kid since early in the morning , but was sure the tech would be there soon. I said, No Thanks, that I cant waste anymore of my time. I am sad that he was at the hospitol and hope everything worked out fine! I am a first time customer and feel I should post my experience for the benefit of fellow Angie members about this companies failure in leaving me sitting there, nor have his office his company initiate any contact advising of delays. I wasted my time, along with the new Tenant, my valuable time (2 hours with drive time from Delaware county) Yes we can forgive but I suggest the Buyer Beware?

Recommended by MI Homes to replace builder sub-contracted outside ventilation duct covers. Arrow was not the sub-contracted installer but the responding tech took extra time to review every vent cover Arrow carries and make some calls to other possible sub-contractors as well. In the end, no service and no charge.

According to this company I owe them $300+ for repairs that I have never been invoiced for, nor did I ever approve. According to the individual that called me this is "not their problem". I reluctantly approved a repair by this company back in July, and it was like catching a disease. They are rude, unprofessional, and completely unethical, and they apperantly feel they can show up without my approval and do what they want. Updated: ** I was able to speak to a manager after finally receiving the invoices. There were clearly errors on both, and the Manager Becky H. was very respectful and polite. I am still not happy about the situation, but Becky is obviously a good manager. Because she was willing to work with me I felt it only fair to update my review considering my experience with her.

I don't know if I would continue to use them but they originally installed the first furnace and it was the wrong one so they came back and put the right one in. Based on the job they did, it is working and we have heat, there are no immediate problems. I don't mean to downgrade this company but there are just so many different companies to use and we didn't choose to use them our builder did, it's a unique situation.

Excellent. Kind on the phone. Arrived on time. Explained what I needed to do to keep my unit operating for a long time.

I scheduled a visit for Wed. morning. The estimated arrival was between 9 am and 10 am. At 10:45 I called and the receptionist had no idea where the service tech was. She offered to page him, but I had an appt. later in the day and so asked for options to reschedule. The afternoon was offered up and I said I would be home by 2:30 pm. Supposedly if that didn't work, then the tech would be there Thursday morning. Thursday at 10:00 I at least got a call. The receptionist said that day now didn't work either, but Friday morning would. I asked what time. The answer was, "Ummmmm, before noon." Today is Friday and at 2:00 pm I called them to officially cancel the appointment their tech never showed up for. This week was a week I had off from work and had hoped to get my furnace checked and serviced for winter. But I foolishly wasted Wed., Thurs. and Fri. giving Arrow 3 chances to actually provide service. I received no furnace service and the bare minimum of customer service. I'm just glad I didn't have an actual problem to solve.

If I have any more problems, I'll go with Arrow and not the company from whom I bought the a/c.
