Arborist Care Tree Service

Left message for Ron (owner) asking for quote. He called back next day. I was heading out of town so he offered to come over the weekend while I was gone since he had worked on these trees before. I explained what I needed done over phone. He left written quote and noted his Angie's List Super Service award. His price was in line with other quote I received. I know from past experience and his Angie's reputation he would have done a great job. For me it was a toss-up though and I decided to go with another vendor I talked to more thoroughly onsite. I appreciate his willingness to get me a quote quickly.

They were very careful not to cause any harm to other trees and plantings. They used some very heavy equipment with amazing skill and spent several hours completing the job. They left the site clean and cut up the logs in 18 " lengths so that we could easily split them for fireplace use. Ron made an honest assessment of the health of our trees and to put together a team of skilled people to take them down. They were prompt, efficient, and extremely professional.

All the necessary branches were removed and hauled away and NO debris was left. This is a professional arborist who knows what branches need to be removed to result in a perfectly shaped tree. Always very satisfied.

We have a lot of trees in our yard. He came and checked them all out. What I really liked was that he gave me quotes for each of the trees and his recommendation of how much trimming to do. I thought his prices were very reasonable. I think he under billed me for the work he did because he was here all day with a helper. It was a good experience. He was very responsive. He was out here right away and gave me a quote. He came when he said he was going to come.

Tree was thinned, cleared and shaped. Arborist Care exceeded my expectations. Clean-up was exceptional. The maple tree never looked so good.

I called Ron the day after the windstorm, which damaged many trees in central Ohio. Although he was swamped dealing with emergency tree removal for others, Ron took my name and address and indicated he would provide an estimate the next time he was in my neighborhood. I expected Ron to stop by in a few weeks (at the earliest) because so many people in the city have damaged trees. However, a few days after my call, Ron dropped by and gave an estimate. I have used this person before and been extremely pleased with his work. Ron is a certified arborist and a fountain of knowledge, as he can thoroughly explain why he makes the recommendations he does. In the past, I have compared Ron's prices with other's, and Ron's is one of the lowest. Because of the excellent work he has done and his reasonable prices, I will not even bother getting other estimates done.

They treated our trees and come back in the fall to fertilize our trees that they worked on. One they had to dig up some root and they've taken care of it. They cleaned up really well and took care of things timely. They even removed an old stump I didn't ask them to which was great.

He doesn't usually work on weekends. He came in with a crane and did it over the weekend while I was out of town. He is a no nonsense kind of guy, and he's so careful, and has just been great. I have always been very impressed with him.

I had previously used this company for some tree removal and trimming on my property, so when I decided to remove two very large trees directly in front of my house, they were one of three companies I asked for an estimate. They were not the lowest estimate, however, after discussion, Ron knocked a little off his price to remain competitive. Although they were still higher than my lowest estimate, I was confident in their work and professionalism from my previous experience. The two trees were within 20 feet of my front porch and I did not want to risk damage to the house. Ron and his crew showed up (roughly) on time and got to work right away. They worked quickly yet carefully and did a thorough clean-up.

They were great and did a good job. They did a great job cleaning up after themselves. I never really met them in person, just talked to them over phone. I would use them again and recommend them.

Overall when they came to give the estimate he understood really what I wanted and he seemed very professional.

Wonderful! Trees look great and not one branch left upon the ground. Move items away from trees and patio before cutting and took away all waste. While taking the Locust tree down; they took great care not to harm one flower that was planted in the area. Stellar service! I think now I will sleep better when the wind blows hard! Finished work before Daughters nap time as asked.

The entire job went very well. The men were professional and cleaned up after themselves. I even noticed that Mr. Refice dug up my 3' tall lilac shrub and moved it so the one tree that was being removed wouldn't damage it.

He was very honest about not knowing what the defect in the tree actually was. He gave me some tips on how to deal with the problem and that is to be commended. He advised me to continue watering the tree and fertilizing it and wait until spring to further diagnosis the problem and to follow-up with them and let is know how it goes.

GREAT JOB!! Ron and his crew were fast and very knowledgeable. Being a certified arborists, Ron gave me tips on how to care for the trees and shrubs. He made great suggestions on how to maintain my very large Bradford Pears. They cleaned-up every limb, branch and leaf. Will use them again. Great Price too!

Very competitive price for tree removal, prompt service and work was very clean and professional.

It took a long time between the estimate and the work being done. I called 2 days after receiving the estimate to agree to the work and price. 2 weeks later, the work had not been finished. I called again to make sure they knew I wanted work done and was told they would be out within the week, but it was almost another 2 weeks until the work was completed. The trees look good and all of the mess was cleaned up. I would have liked one tree cut back a little further on one side, but my husband was able to get the last 4-5 branches clipped.

Excellent. The estimate was quite reasonable, less than the competitor. Job was superb, on the date promised.

Job was finally done but not by him. Never called to say that he would not be performing the job.

They did a great job! My trees look much better now. They gave me a call the day before to let me know they would be out to do the work. The work was completed and everything cleaned up. AND, the price to do this work was 1/2 the cost of another service provider that gave me an estimate.

Called for an estimate, Ron came out the next day to review options for trimming. I called back a few months later to schedule service, I left a second message a week later. I had just about given up when they showed up to do the work. While I would have liked to review the work before they started, they did a great job at a price that was the lowest of a few estimates. Overall a good experience, I would use them again. Ron did apologize for not calling prior to starting the work.

Ron was great, he was very knowledgeable about our trees and gave us some interesting information about what kind of trees they are, how old they are, and if they are healthy. He said he couldn't perform the kind of trimming we needed, but he recommended several other companies that could. We ended up going with one of his recommendations and were very happy.
