+ -1 moreI THINK THIS SURVEY IS A WAY FOR THEM TO GET INTO YOUR HOME AND I THINK THE WATER TEST IS A SCAM. I WOULD RECOMMEND THAT ANYONE WHO IS CONTACTED BY AQUA TEC IMMEDIATELY HANG UP THE PHONE.
Description of Work: I RECEIVED A PHONE CALL FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY WANTED ME TO PARTICIPATE IN A SURVEY, AND TEST MY WATER. I WAS ASSURED THIS WAS NOT A SALES CALL. I AGREED TO ALLOW THEM TO TEST MY WATER AND TAKE THEIR SURVEY. THE FIRST TIME THEY DIDN'T SHOW UP. I CALLED THEM AND RESCHEDULED. I WAS TOLD I WOULD RECEIVE FREE MOVIE TICKETS, AND A $25 GIFT CARD TO LOWE'S, WHEN THEY CAME TO TEST THE WATER. THAT DID NOT HAPPEN. THE ''SALESMAN'' SAID THEY WERE NOT ALLOWED TO BRING THE CARD WITH THEM AND I WOULD RECEIVE THEM IN THE MAIL. IT HAS BEEN 3 MONTHS AND STILL NO ''FREE'' STUFF. I HAVE CONTACTED THEM 5 TIMES ABOUT THE ISSUE AND STILL NO RESPONSE. THE LAST FEW WEEKS I HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO CONTACT THEM AT ALL.

+ -1 moreTHEY PUT THE FILTER ON RIGHT AWAY AND EVERYTHING WENT OKAY BUT, THEY SAID THEY WOULD GIVE ME A DISCOUNT IF I GAVE THEM 5 NAMES OF OTHER POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS TO SHOW THEIR PRODUCT TO. I GAVE THEM SOME NAMES AND SOME CANCELLED, SO THEY GAVE ME AN EXTENSION ON TIME DUE TO SPRING BREAK. I GAVE THEM 3 MORE NAMES, BUT THEY NEVER CONTACTED THESE PEOPLE OR CALLED ME BACK. I CONTACTED THEM SEVERAL TIMES REGARDING THIS, BUT RECEIVED NO REPLY.
Description of Work: PURCHASED FILTER SYSTEM.
