We accepted their quote and scheduled the work to be done. Due to conflicts in our schedule we had to reschedule and they were very pleasant, cooperative and helpful. The installer arrived exactly as scheduled & the installation took the amount of time they estimated. He was completely professional, cleaned up everything and showed me how to use and maintain the system. It was a pleasure to do business with them. The system works like a dream and we no longer get water deposits and spots on everything.

Water Source has been a great company to work with. They are always on time according to their scheduled delivery date. There have never been any problems with their invoices. Bottle count and charges are always accurate. In fact, their price per bottle has increased only just slightly over the past nine years. They have always been willing to help us when we've run out of water and requested delivery sooner than our scheduled date. The drivers are always friendly and professional.

The work the did was great. They showed up on time and explained the systems to us. We're very pleased.

We had an older system and we wanted to replace it. The price at Water Source was considerably cheaper so we decided to go with them. They were very friendly and professional. They answered all our questions.

Susan helped me in the store several times to help me choose the right system for my home. She was very helpful and knowledgeable. Mike came to give installation estimate because I knew it would be complicated. He took a look, said everything was easy, and was a pleasure to deal with. Only charged an extra $100 for the extra install complexity. Art came to install the system. He took extra care to not damage the house... removed shoes every time... was extraordinarily pleasant and polite... and spent seven hours on the install. Very clean and neat. Throughout, everyone we dealt with was fully competent and knowledgeable, and they patiently answered all of our questions and concerns. We highly recommend this company and have done so on several occasions in the past.

After years of trying to find a solution to my water problems and extreme unhappiness with other firms (grossly incompetent or just crooks) I found The Water Source through Angie's List, and they solved the problem and provided a year of follow up to make necessary adjustments for my unusual & complex problem. They are unique.

Great - the technician was on time and performed the work as expected. He answered the few questions I had professionally and presented himself in the same way. I wasn't surprised with anything extra. He did a water test and explained everything. He even showed me a few things about my RO system that the original installers - did not show me; things to extend the life of the RO system and the cost of maintenance.

Great! Everything was decided and scheduled on the phone sparing me setting up an evening to discuss water softeners. Susan was very patient with me since I called about 10 times with questions. Because of the Angie's List recommendations, I did not shop anywhere else, especially with the great communication. The price met my expectations and appeared competitive to me. The serviceman installed the systems today. He was competent, explained what he was doing, friendly and neat. I haven't used the system yet (installed 2 hr ago) but am confident it will meet expectations.

It was a difficult job due to the fact the new iron filter was larger than the existing one. However, the two technicians did an excellent job in both the new installation and removing the existing iron filter.

Mr. Jackson and his colleague, Dwayne, were punctual, polite, professional and answered all my questions.

They were very service-conscious. Price was excellent. I was going to order another system and I think I saved about $1,000 by using The Water Source. They were prompt, there on time and the service was quick and excellent.

We had excellent sales and installation experiences with the Water Source. They answered all of our questions completely and did a wonderful job with the installation. Although we thought the softener was a bit expensive, we love the way it is a salt "miser" and the quality of the appliance is excellent. We expect we will never have to replace it again. All in all, a great experience.

They provided a nice inline water filter to keep particles out of my ice.

Mike Jackson (Sales Rep) and Arthur (Technician) made the experience very easy. Wonderful company to deal with for assuring clean and healthy water for our family to use & drink. I had quotes from other companies that were double the price and the salesman were hitting me with every scare tactic they could think of (i.e. making me think my family was going to glow green if we didn't get rid of our perfectly fine water softener and install their brand).Mike addressed our needs by leaving in place our water softener and installing an iron filter to do away with the high iron content, smell/odors.

Overall, a very good experience from sales to install: no-pressure sales presentation; reasonable prices for a whole-house system; efficient, quick, no-mess install; system overview/''training'' after the install. So far, everything is working beautifully, and I'm very pleased with the system and my investment. Would absolutely do business again and recommend to others.

Overall, they were very nice and they did a good job. However, there was an error with the water lines but they were very responsive to the error and fixed it right away.

We met with the owner, Mike, and he did an excellent job explaining everything. The best part is that there was absolutely no sales pressure at all. He was there to help us make the most informed decision and to help save us money. Yes, save us money. We contemplated getting a second tank for our reverse-osmosis drinking water system, but he didn't think we would need it. He didn't want us to spend money on something that wouldn't get regular use. This company was excellent and I highly recommend them to anyone!

Excellent service, and the serviceman even gave me advice on a problem shower at no charge. I had a little sticker shock, but price is acceptable (includes parts and labor). They were there when they said they would be. I would certainly call them again-- very positive experience.

The overall experience with The Water Source was very good. The sales rep was professional and helpful. He noticed that our original softener had not been installed properly, and alerted us to the possibility of a water leak from our well head. (We later investigated and discovered a major leak---thanks to the sales rep we were able to fix it before the leak got out of hand.) We didn't go with this company, though, because they were unable to give us an estimate for the cost of replacing the iron filter in 5-7 years. The system is so new that nobody has had to replace the filter yet, so they don't know how much a replacement would cost.

I'VE BEEN RESEARCHING COMPANIES THAT INSTALL WATER SOFTENERS AND RO UNITS FOR 6 MONTHS. I FINALLY SETTLED ON THE WATER SOURCE. THEIR SERVICE, INSTALLATION AND PRICE IS WHAT SOLD ME ON THE COMPANY. THE INSTALLER SHOWED UP RIGHT ON TIME. THE INSTALL WAS DONE PROFESSIONALLY, AND THE SYSTEM WORKS GREAT. COULDN'T BE HAPPIER WITH MY SYSTEM AND THE WATER SOURCE.

THEY ORIGINALLY INSTALLED THIS EQUIPMENT BEFORE WE PURCHASED THE HOUSE AND THIS IS THE SECOND TIME WE HAVE HAD THEM SERVICE THE SYSTEM. THEY DO AN EXCELLENT JOB AND THE EMPLOYEES ARE COURTEOUS AND PROFESSIONAL.
