It turned out very well. They were neat and pleasant. I paid above and beyond the "Big Deal".

We were very pleased with Aqua Systems. The sales staff and installer were very professional and knowledgable. We are very pleased with our water quality thus far. We just built a new home and are on a well. We were initially worried about how our water would smell/taste, but luckily had good quality water coming out of the well and further improved the water with Aqua Systems softener and R.O. We strongly recommend AquaSystems.

They were very quick to respond and schedule an appointment. The people I spoke with on the phone as well as the guy who installed the system were just fine to work with. For what they provide, they are less expensive than other providers. They cleaned up well after the job was complete. Everything has been great so far!

How'd it go? Exceptionally well in my view, which is the reason I, a reluctant reviewer, am writing this review. I called Aqua Systems around 9:00 in the morning to schedule routine service and also brought up that we have a leak under our kitchen sink and that I had not yet been able to reach the plumber that installed the sink. A very helpful Rob, if I remember his name right, ask to put me on hold to talk to Mike (the boss). He came back in less than a minute and asked if I could be home around 10:30. I was very happy to say yes and feel that the service from start to finish was well above ordinary, coming out in around 90 minutes after I called was a great help. Mike has performed service in our home before and he is always helpful, personable and professional. I am happy to be Aqua Systems customer.

I found AQUA Systems on Angie's List and called them b/c of their excellent reviews. I spoke with Mike Jackson, who scheduled an estimate within a week. He was prompt and professional when he came and explained the systems to us, along with his recommendation for our house, which is a less than a year old. He was not a high pressured salesman in the least.We agreed on a system, he called and scheduled our installation while he was here. Jason, their installer was able to come and install it the following week. Jason was supposed to be here at 11:30 a.m. but arrived around 11:10, which was perfect for me. I was told to expect it to take about 2 hours. Jason was very knowledgeable and professional, as well as very mannerly. He was very neat and respective of our house. He was finished in an hour and after cleaning everything up he explained the system to me and gave me the instruction manual. He also told me not to hesitate to call the office with any questions that might arise. Although we haven't had a chance to experience how the water will be affected yet, I would say at this point I highly recommend AQUA Systems.

The quality of the softener is nice, I like it a lot. There was no issues when scheduling the appointment. The only issue was that they were supposed to take away our old water tank and he was unable to move it by himself. They were supposed to come back and get the tank but they never did. We are happy with the water softener and the service. I was impressed with their prices, they were the best I found.

Sometimes the water is brown. When I have called them about the issues they have not been responsive and made excuses to not come check on the issue. They also said that they came to my house when I was not home and checked the water, saying it was good. I told them the water is not good and we were not happy with the service but we cannot cancel because we have a one year contract.

The guy who came out was very nice to work with. He was very knowledgable and explained all the details to me. I was also impressed with the cost of the water softener. I can tell a huge difference in the water. All of my dishes are shiny again from the dishwasher. I would definitely recommend their service.

Very responsive and professional - both salesman/estimator and installer. No hidden costs either, the written quote was what the installation cost us. We had essentially narrowed down our decision to Kinetico and Aqua Systems. Our ground water has a lot of iron and a bit of an odor. We liked the idea of having a twin-tank system so there was no risk of not using softened water. Cost, of course, was another big factor in our decision. For the quote I was given from Kinetico we could have bought the package deal from Aqua Systems twice! Aqua Systems twin-tank softener/R.O. system package has worked perfectly for 4 months now. No more stains in the shower/tub, no more odors coming from the ice cubes, and great tasting water for our kids to drink. Have only had to add salt to the tank once so far. Would definitely do business with them again.

I'm familiar with them because they did all my work at my previous home. I like the fact that it's kind of a start up business, and I got to know that Mike is a very, very nice person. For me, it's very important that the people that come out and do the work are nice. This was a new fellow this time, but he was very nice and knowledgeable about his product. If there is something on a job that needs tweaking to make it work, they don't say that I have to get somebody in here to get it working first - they do what they can do to make it work if it is within their power. They don't care that they have to pick up the monkey wrench to twist or turn something. What I like is that all I have to do is ask them how they would do it if it were their home and they always respond to that; they kind of like that because it gives them some freedom to set things up the way that is the best way. I choose these people because I trust them to do it the right way so they don't have to come back and fix it later. So, it's a measure or price, trust, and quality.

After meeting with several different companies, we chose Aqua Systems based on the price for the product. Both the sales rep and the installer were very professional.

They were very profession, reasonably priced, charged less than the competitors, and did a quick job.

They came out and gave us an estimate as soon as were available. When they did the work they were professional, did a great job and worked fast. A year later we couldn't be happier. They've even sent us a reminder to call them to schedule an appointment so they can change the filters and bring us the rest of our salt.

The company we had used for salt delivery for many years went out of business, and I selected Aqua Systems from Angie's List, so this was our first transaction with Agua. Everything was fine, except for a few minor details at the time of delivery. The delivery man did not have any "footies" to cover his shoes, so we had to provide a pair for his use. We had ordered five bags of salt because we thought we were about out. However, the delivery man installed only three bags and left the other two on the floor by the salt tank, and left without saying anything to us about that situation. Whern I discovered the two bags on the floor, I looked in the tank, and it appeared to me that he could have gotton the fourth bag in without running over the side. This is significant to us because the bags weigh 50 lbs. and neither my wife nor I are physically able to lift that much weight. (So, next time we will only order two or three bags.) Then, when the delivery man backed his huge truck out of our driveway, he ran onto our neighbor's grass and nerarly took out their mail box, but, nothing was actually damaged. I assume we will be able to make arrangements for a smoother delivery next time by talking to the manager ahead of time.

It went well. The man who came out went through and we talked about where we wanted to put the equipment. I showed him the routing that I wanted, and he said it would work. There would be no additional fees for what I wanted. We came to the terms and scheduled the work. The technician who came was punctual for the appointment. I asked for some extra things, and he was polite about it. He installed it and it worked pretty well. There was 1 issue because it was leaking, and the owner came himself to do the repair. He fixed it; the connector just wasn't pushed on enough. Everything has been fine since.

They have always been extremely professional, prompt and polite.

My overall experience with them has been excellent. They were efficient and on time. They come when they are supposed to come. They have a local guy come by with the salt when I need it. That way I use the salt that they recommend. I just like it and they are really good. I have had another softener in another house and I did not have good luck with it, this one I have.

Their service was fantastic. I met with the sales person first who came to go over our needs. I thought he was knowledgeable and provided us with good options and suggestions. Prior to engaging with Aqua System I spoke with a friend who is very knowledgeable with these systems. They matched up with my friend so I thought they were honest. The person who installed the system took the time to do it right. He gave us different options and explained the components. He carried heavy bags of salt through the rain and did not complain. Overall, the service was very good

The taste of the water is excellent. It is a no-maintenance system. Install it and forget it. Aqua Systems did what they said, when they said and at the price quoted. No additional fees or attempt to sell me services/sytems I did not want. Very professional. No issues. Would recommend.
