Description of Work: Replaced 20 year old softener with a twin tank softener and rust filter. I choose Aqua Source 20 years ago and after 3 bids still felt they offered the best combination of equipment, service & price. Cullingan & Hague had canned presentations and didn't want to vary from them. Aqua Source tested the water, recommended equipment to correct our water, gave a price & finance options and respected us as buyers, no hard sell. Aqua Source is unique posting their prices on their website, very transparent.

Description of Work: Mike Jackson came to my house on 10/18 (exactly on time), examined the system I was replacing and provided me with thorough explanation of alternatives, and their costs. I ordered an installation for the following Tuesday. The installer arrived as scheduled and completed the job in timely manner. Both Mike and the installer were very pleasant and professional.
