Description of Work: I purchased a heating element for a dryer.

Description of Work: Went in looking for a replacement timer for my 5 year old Amana clothes dryer. I was asked by the gentleman behind the counter if I was sure it was the timer. I explained to him how I had arrived at that conclusion and he said he would help me troubleshoot the issue and tested the timer for me free of charge and on the spot. He said the timer appeared to be working correctly and showed me the heating element and explained several common problems with that style element and suggested that I return home and inspect the heating element. Before leaving he told me they had the element in stock and the price (which was cheaper than prices I had found online for the timer which I had originally thought was the problem). I returned home and found that the heating element was in fact damaged and returned to the store to show him. We agreed this was the issue and I purchased the heating element.

Description of Work: I had a microwave that I took in there.

Description of Work: I had an above the range microwave oven that would not operate. They charged $25.00 to diagnose and determine any required repair with the $25.00 applied to the repair. Said they would try to get to it within 2 days. They called within 24 hours and told me that the problem had been in a control panel connection and that it was fixed and the original $25.00 covered the cost. They were very prompt and professional and their pricing was excellent.

Description of Work: I needed stove drip pans for a 12+ year gas stove and they were able to provide them for me. I have been able to obtain other parts from their shop in the past and have been very pleased with the quality of the items and service.
