About us

Appliance and Mattress Center is a long-established family owned company. Our technicians have 30+ years experience in the appliance field. We carry refrigerators : top-mount, side by side and French door styles. Our washers are top load and front load with dryers to match. Gas stoves, electric ranges, over-the-stove microwaves, counter microwaves, upright and chest freezers and built-in and portable dishwashers complete our in-stock inventory. We have a 50 point checklist that we perform on all of our Certified Pre-owned Appliances. We carry a large selection of new scratch and dent Electrolux and Frigidaire Appliances. Most of the new scratch and dent carry up to a 12 month factory warranty on functional parts. We offer delivery with old appliance removal. Free technician advice is available for the do-it-your self and we will check your old parts at no charge. We offer in-shop service. Our parts inventory covers 5000 sq. ft and consists of 1000’s of new, refurbished and hard to find parts. This establishment is not your typical sales store. It is crowded, amenities are worn, sales personnell are dressed informally, and their is an air of mild confusion at times. But make no mistake, they get the job done! They were friendly and helpful and went out of their way to meet my needs. I told them what I wanted, the price I was willing to pay, and they made it happen. By far the best prices around.

I was moving into a house. Needed appliances. went to AMC to buy. They delivered.
Description of Work: I bought a stove, refrigerator, and dishwasher. Salesman was super helpful getting me what I needed at a great price. What impressed me the most with this company was the delivery guys. They went beyond great service setting everything up, checking that everything worked, changed sides of my refrig. door for me...great, they were great.

I was on a tight budget and needed a dishwasher and an oven/range. AMC was recommended by an acquaintance and so I stopped by. The staff was very friendly and helpful, they took time to answer my questions and did not mind when I would change my mind as they wrote down the item number. The store is not huge, but is packed with appliances. The prices were very good. I was able to get a wonderful oven/range, one I would not have been able to afford at a regular, bigger name store. The warrenties were explained, since they vary depending on the product and if it is reconditioned or not. I can not say enough about the employees on the floor, they were so helpful and even let me borrow a measuring tape to find out oven size. The delivery was prompt and the delivery guys were very polite and personable. Overall it was an excellent experience and I will definitely go there again when my really old dryer breaks.

Customer is a wonderful lady both she and her mother came to visit our store and our staff worked very hard to meet all their appliance needs as they each needed different things. In all both ladies made a combined purchase totaling 7 appliances for their homes and our delivery group got them delivered promptly on the date/time requested. Customer was so happy that she made some very delicious Chocolate Chip Cookies for our staff which they loved and we all appreciated very much.

The evaporator motor did not work so they did come back to replace it but then it developed a leak. They did come back out and resolve the issue. The company is a good company and worked to fix the problem.
