+ -1 moreThey're great - Just great. They guys are extremely nice & polite. You can joke & tease with them & they'll spend a few minutes with you. They're just really nice & have a great sense of humor without being insulting. If they can't fix my problem they upgrade me to a senior adviser without any delay, while with other companies you have to fight for that. I can't say enough about their service. The guys that are online for the service are absolutely great. Sometimes they'll tutor a little & even send you a thank you email with tips accessible through a link to help solve the problem. They're available 7 days a week.
Description of Work: My Apple is doing strange things - even when I'm not near it - changing setting & causing problems. Approximate price for 3 years.

Description of Work: Representative schooled me through process of using face time on my iPhone he was extremely friendly and supportive and showed me exactly how to accomplish the task

+ -1 moreThey are the best thing since sliced bread. Every single time you call somebody answers the phone right away, there's not even an extra breath or sentence in that recording. When you get someone, you get a professional every single time that solves every insurmountable problem instantly. That's how customer service should be.
