Went to the Apple Store in Easton because I couldn't get my email or response to text messages on my iPhone. The initial tech tried many procedures over nearly 30 minutes before he determined that my problem needed someone with more expertise than he had. .At the Genius Bar the technician worked tirelessly for nearly 45 minutes only to find that the problem was not solved even after re-initiating my iiPhone. It was determined that it was "a Yahoo issue." He referred me to Apple Care (800 number). I called them a couple days later. Once again after much work the technician turned mr over to a Supervisor. We worked on the problem together for almost 2 hours, again running into a snag with Yahoo that the Supervisor had to check out further. As promised, she called me back a couple hours later and voila, a few keystrokes and my iPhone email and text message responses were working! I was impressed with the amount of time all of the Apple employees involved spent with me to solve the problem. They were upbeat, professional, courteous and didn't miss a beat as we walked through the procedures. In the end it truly was a Yahoo issue - Yahoo apparently made some sort of change with their servers but didn't get the message out.

As usual, they we very accommodating. They agreed to replace my iphone 5 because it was giving me battery problems since I originally purchased the phone. I always have questions and inquiries about how to operate my Mac products. It is very easy to make a one on one appointment to get individual help or sign up for a workshop to get help with anything. I had been having trouble with working with "numbers" program like excel, the person assigned to me did not know the first thing about anything but the very basics and iPhoto. I mentioned the issue to the management and they bent over backwards to accomodate me in the future. Many of the employees know me now. I enjoy going in the store.

It was outstanding, I was in and out in 30 minutes. It was yesterday morning at 10:00. I had purchased a new I-Phone Saturday evening in an AT&T store and it didn't take me very long to figure out it was rather defective or there was something wrong with the settings and I was smart enough to know and don't go back to AT&T, that's not what they do. I made the appointment with Apple, I went in and like I said, 30 minutes, he really had gone through everything and completely set the phone up and it seems to be fine. It didn't cost me anything, not with Apple, they were servicing their product and it was an Apple phone but I didn't buy it there, I bought it at AT&T so it cost me nothing. To go for the first in the morning appointment because I can't get behind, I think that was the most important factor and number two, you know exactly what you're going in there for and have everything with you you need and they will do the job. If you come in prepared, they will do the job. The young man I worked with was very personable, I am an older person, when it comes to technology so I'm not as up to date, he's not condescending. I think they are pricy, they have a good product but I think they're pricy.

It is great because you make an appointment and someone is waiting to help you. We have purchased two laptops from them. The first has never had a problem but the second did. We took it in under warranty and they replaced the hard drive with no problem. It works great again.

I needed to get an older imac connected wirelessly to my home network. The salesperson was friendly and knew exactly what I needed. They were also able to advise me on how to install it myself. They even asked about an educational discount, which I received because I was eligible. All that and it's just a fun store to look at their computers without any sales pressure.

In addition to these repairs, I can go into the Apple Store anytime I have a minor problem with my computer or just can't figure out how to do something the correct way. The repair staff, as well as the sales staff are always happy to help me out. The only downside is that sometimes there is a long wait to see someone. (although at least you get to sign in and then wait more comfortably). On the whole, it couldn't be easier. I'm very happy with my Apple service.
Description of Work: The warranty for my Apple laptop (Powerbook) was about to expire, so I brought it in for what I thought was a very minor repair (the latch wasn't working properly). Despite a small identified problem, my entire computer was checked out and numerous other (unknown to me) problems were repaired and/or parts replaced. All of this was completely free under my warranty.
