+ -1 moreI give them a 1 star! I would never use this company ever again. Tony S. the estimate guy Tony S. was very unprofessional. First estimate he presented ( dollar amt. only ) he asked, " do I need to speak to your children?" It gets better! I texted him a specific question; his response? "there is something wrong with you". I paid for service they preformed even when it wasn't successful. I asked for a receipt several times and did not receive it. Tony S. kept sending me texts adjusting the estimate downward so imagine my surprise when the office tells me there is a balance due of $2400 I will not receive a receipt. Apex left for the day after not accomplishing anything while the water kept rising in my basement. Tony turned off the HVAC and the water heater. Plumber returned with a sump pump on a 5 gal. bucket with a 5 in. diameter hose attached to remove the water. Sump pump stopped working sometime overnight. They made a bigger mess than when they started.
Description of Work: unclog a floor drain and remove 4.5" standing water.
