I was very pleased with the quick response from Apex to take care of the plumbing issues. Kenneth arrived within the window of time designated and did great work. He kept me informed along the way, and he honored the estimate that he had given. I will use Apex again.

On time. Honest. Quality work.

Project: Re-route gas lines to furnace inside of house. Price seemed high, quote was not very itemized, had to come back twice due to leaks. Also, office did not inform home owner of when city inspector was coming. On the positive side, the plumber came back quickly once leaka detected by Columbia Gas and/or City.

The price for the services performed was extremely high. The National average for there same services are much lower. I needed it done, so I agreed; my mistake. After completion, I found a leak which after contracting them, they are sending someone to fix the repair

The plumber sent out was joyless. No customer service appeal. It was like pulling teeth to get his professional advice, and he did not offer any alternative solution. I admit my husband and I had a disagreement over how to proceed with the project due to an unexpected problem with the flooring behind where the dishwasher was going. When we did ask directly he said he would not connect the dishwasher at all. We finally had the dishwasher installed but left out of the space so we can repair the flooring and still have use of the dishwasher. I got the impression that he was avoiding offering suggestions to, leave quickly, extend his paid time there or to cover his backside. We did say we did not expect a guarantee on the placement, only on the actual plumbing. The final solution was to hook up the appliance but leave it out so we could use it andfit still get the floor fixed.

They were on time and thorough. Cleaned up after they were done.

They never showed up or called.

On estimate he gave a price of 150.00 claimed he had to go all the way back to Lewis Center to get the price off the computer because he did not have the internet. I said I have the internet. He then said he needed to go back to the office because they have a new program they are using. He said he would call back in an hour. He did not call. I checked my email ninety minutes later and the price had gone up to 358.00. I guess he did not want to tell me the bad news. I would not recommend them.

They were a little pushy about the time, did not seem to understand I was at work, kept calling me wanting to come early. Once the repairman got there, he was super fast and got it done while I was still on my lunch. A1 service at that point.
