Had a gas leak and gas had been shut off for 2 days. They were able to come the day I called. He fixed the leak and when doing pressure check found a second leak which he fixed. When we entered the basement we discivered my water heater was also leaking water so ge fixed that too. He was here all afternoon. Thank you Angel!

He was very prompt and serviced our toilet seal. I thought the price was too much, but since the part was more difficult to get, I had him proceed. He was very professional and was finished in about a half hour.

I need to review the ENTIRE technician crew, because a=they all came and worked at our house. Our line broke the week before Thanksgiving. They worked very hard to make sure we had running water and indoor plumbing to host our family Thanksgiving. The crews working at other locations were supposed to go home early and start to enjoy their holiday, but, instead every crew came over and made sure the job got done at our house. They all worked so hard and I can't thank them enough. Josh was our initial supervisor and then we ended up having the technician crew working to get our job done.

They came out on time. Gave a **flat rate** estimate, they could start that day so I hired them. The Tech went to get parts and tools, came back, and finished up late. He called me and assured me the line was *like new** Called for gas co. to check for leaks- they came 24 hrs later( not the fault of the plumber) still had leaks. Called for Tech to come back ( this was Sunday morning) the scheduler said the tech would be out between 1 and 5 PM. Waited - tech was a no show. Got a call Monday morning from the office, said the scheduler did not know that the tech was off Sunday. Would send him out at 10 Am - called back running late now would be later. When the tech arrived he found a total of 3 leaks! I live 40 miles away - at this point, I had made 4 trips to Col.

Kenneth did an excellent job with the bath drain assembly and the shower control unit. Would rehire..
