Apex Plumbing, Heating and Air Pros, are the place to go. They come out and give you a free estimate and honest opinion. I had them replace my water heater and my furnace, and they did a wonderful job on both. I felt that I got the best deal and I was not taken advantage of because I am a woman. I fully recommend Apex and would not go with anyone else

Terrible operation. Charged $550 for 'leak detection' estimate, did not apply to repair, attempted to charge over $8,500 for a drain stack that should cost under a third that. They are now on my 'never use' list. Did not clean up, poor communications and workmanship on cutouts for estimate.

After two no shows, the person they sent was not honest about the work that needed done and gave a ridiculously high estimate after telling me I was getting a “veteran discount” As soon as I said something about getting a 2nd quote he said he could probably give us a better deal. Huge red flag. I should have gotten the "better deal" to start with. Also when the 2nd plumber came out and inspected our sewer line they said it wasn't even something that I should be worried about. According to their camera and inspection things don't warrant needing to line the pipes at this time. I definitely would not recommend this company to anyone.

The appointment process was fine. Plumber was punctual. The price was not justified nor explained other than "we can't do 15 minutes of work for $200". The cost of the job to replace the fixture and put a shutoff valve was quoted at $521.00. This is $50 in materials and an hour or less of work. There was no issue with access to the inside or outside. The inside access is typical and in the unfinished part of the basement. I turned down the quote and have called to talk to the company management to understand how this could be this costly and have not received a call back. It seems that pricing is based on what they think you will pay based on where you live or other reasons and not the typical markup and labor model. Be aware and warned. The impact on me was changing my whole day around and the wasted time. Not to mention asking other plumber to not respond due to APEX being the first.

Awesome job. Jimmy, Andi, Logan, Shannon, Bob and the rest of the team did an incredible job. In one day, they removed and replaced my 100+ year old sewer stack, connected to city sewer, corrected poor old DIY plumbing jobs (pre-dated me) and replaced the main city water line. The hydrovav was fast, clean (I taped over my windows, but didn't need it in the end) and didn't rip up my whole yard. And it was so quick on the supply side that I didn't even know they were nearly done. All of this was done in one day, the inspector was out promptly and everything was great. Was it pricy - yes, but it was a fair cost and the work was great. 100% will use them again (new water heater on deck).

Service was courteous and job was completed to satisfaction. Only reason I will not hire again is that the on-site quote was literally double (>$500) of competitor prices which I hired in the recent past for the same job. This was a for a non-emergency, but I decided to go through with the payment to complete the job as my basement was becoming a mess. I also received calls from other credible sites on Angie's List later in the day quoting $275!

Apex Plumbing was great to work with and we will definitely use them again. We had booked a late afternoon appointment, but Apex called around 9:30am and said they could be at our house within the next 40 minutes. The plumber who did our job was Nick Colegrove. He was pleasant, informative, and he did a great job installing the faucet which turned out to be a bigger job than we had anticipated. And the cost was less expensive than other plumbing companies. Was quoted 12000.00 or so to repair all sewer pipes under crawl space.When I thought work was completed, the repairman came into home holding copper pipes.said they found 4 more leaks and charged me another 4000.00 or so.Also entrance to crawl space not completely covered when work was completed.This will allow animals ,my cat entrance to the crawl space.I had given a good review for this company,but on further review and time to rethink the process I would not hire again.I realize this was a tough job & they spent 4 days here but not happy with the additional $4000 charge,nor the entrance to crawl space not repaired properly .

Excellent job with the repair. We had an extra cost involved but I was informed prior to the start of the job that this may be the case as the job was to repair a crack in the old cast iron pipe. The extra cost was absolutely necessary and with an older home, I was expecting the worst-case scenario! Turns out the extra cost was VERY affordable! The gentleman explained in detail what was going to be done and how much the cost would be. I sincerely appreciate their honesty1

They never showed up and never called to say they weren’t coming. Horrible company with horrible customer service

Apex was all talk and did a subpar job when it came to execution. They try to sell you on lower prices but it’s because they cut corners. I wouldn’t recommend.
