I found a foreclosure listed on line that I was interested in and I phoned Frank B Young Realtors because I had heard that they dealt in a lot of these types of properties. The experience was one mess after another right from the start. Angel gave us false information and did not know the first thing about buying this type of property, which the whole reason I went there was because I was looking for an expert in foreclosures. Every question I asked her was answered with "I think this is right, but let me ask so-and-so to be sure" and even at times she would tell me to phone up so-and-so and ask them myself. Angel was totally incompentient, unprofessional, and her fee was high at 4%! I will say that she is very personable and a nice person to talk to, which is an asset in that line of work. But to find out about a delay in closing from my insurance agent the day prior to closing instead of the person being paid to look after my interests, it is really quite poor.
