Poorly, the movers damaged walls, broke items, played with our stuff, and were not polite.

I have never felt so strongly about a company that I needed to write a review but I don’t want others to be jerked around like I have. I used Andrews to move from cbus to Cincinnati. They broke a $1300 elliptical machine—-It worked when it was in cbus and couldn’t even be turned on when it arrived in Cincinnati. I filed a claim like requested. I called a month later after not hearing from them and they acted like they just found the claim. It’s now been 2-3 weeks and they’re basically ghosting me. I’ve left ~5 messages with no response. I think they’re trying to wait me out and hope I go away instead of paying up Let’s see—What else? My 70 year old mother was overseeing the move while I worked and they made her sit in the hot sun and check boxes as they were unloaded. The boxes were all labeled but they just dumped them on one floor so I had to carry them up 1-2 flights myself. Also they lost (or stole) a painting but denied doing so. Very poor service and abysmal customer service. Do not use!

Not well. All of my dress shoes which were in storage were lost/stolen even though the company says all items were delivered to my new home. A bookcase was completely destroyed, scratch on the footboard of my brand new bedroom set, scratches on the top of my solid wood, custom made hutch, numerous scratches in the leather of an office chair, and numerous dings in the walls of my new home. In addition, boxes were not delivered to the room where they were to go. All my boxes were clearly and largely marked. I moved some of them to the right location myself, and then found 16 boxes/rubbermaid tubs in the basement that were to go upstairs. I called the company and asked them to come back and move them to the rooms where they belong which is what I paid for. They refused. I had to call back and point out all the reasons why they were obligated to do this and threaten further action to get them to do it. Miserable experience. All my friends recommended Leaders Moving and Storage. I went with Andrews to save money, but paying more to get quality service is definitely worth it. Lesson learned.

It took me over a week to get an appt to get an estimate. (ok busy season- I understand) . Took off work early to get home in time for appt at 5 pm - the latest I could get. They were a no show. No call - nothing. The office closed at 5 pm so I could not get an update. PS. My husband hurried home from Cincinnati so he could be here for the appt also. (normally leaves Cincinnati at 5ish).Now I have to start all over to try to get a United Van Lines quote. My move is in less than a month- and yes I contacted them as soon as I found out we had to move. If they won't show up for an estimate, would they leave me high and dry on move day.

Excellent packers and really professional driver! We had a corporate relocation so did not pick the company or pay for the services, but we could not have asked for a better experience! We had Pete, a driver out of the Cleveland office. He is so professional and thorough, ensures everything is packed and loaded correctly! We had 6 different people between the packing and loading crew. Ray is the packer to request, as long as he is there it won't matter who the rest of the crew is! Highly recommend!

The team showed up early on the day of the move which was good because we were ready to get started. The team moved quickly and packed everything professionally. We were only moving large items but the team was very efficient.

They were linked with a package deal with our current location. They were very satisfactory. They were on time and got the job done in one day. I would use them again if I needed to.

I was looking for a way to put a house on the market and sell. They were the self-move, container type operation. When I asked them about that they said they offered a de-clutter service where they picked up 3,000 pounds and got the house ready for the sale and stored my materials for me. So that is how I got hooked up; with the moving company instead of moving it myself. They were worth the price and I will use them again in the future.

We moved locally within the Columbus Ohio area. We spent about $3000 and the cost was for the truck and the movers and everything for the day of the move but we did all the packing. We contacted several companies trying to get an estimate for our move and they were the most responsive by a long shot. They had good prices and were very professional. We would rate them highly and would use them again in the future; in fact, we will be using them in about a week.

The movers were on time, very professional, and worked very hard carrying our boxes and furniture up and down stairs. Our only complaint might be that while we moved out one day and in the next, the move in on the second day did not go as smoothly because we all were exhausted. Some limited damage was done to our house and some of the goods. We have yet to submit final claims so I can't yet indicate our satisfaction with that part of the process.

As mentioned above, Andrews took care of the initial details, and we were able to handle everything via phone and Internet. Two-man crew (from Cleveland) arrived when expected, and were able to pack final few items (TV, bed, etc.) quickly and efficiently, and loaded the truck in about three hours--much more quickly than expected, and enabled us to start our long drive earlier than planned. Crew delivered our belongings several days later, when promised, and again were quite fast and careful--making sure everything was where we wanted it before they left. We found NOTHING broken or damaged (unlike other moves with other movers!), and would highly recommend them to others.

After reading all of the horror stories on the Internet about moving companies I was nervous about which company to hire. Andrews has years of experience. The day after I called, a salesperson came to our home to give us an estimate . She was extremely professional and her estimate ended up to be very close to the actual cost. The packers did a great job of packing up our stuff and were very helpful. The movers were careful with our belongings and everything arrived in great condition on the day scheduled. All of the employees were personable and great to work with. The move went much better than I had expected.

Every aspect of the move and every individual was most professional. I was never concerned about the security of my items. The amount of damage was much less than we had expected. The moving/packing staff was VERY hardworking and fast. The coordinator was great at communicating what to expect. They made the undaunting task much simpler.

My experience with them was very good. They paid a lot of attention to detail. They were very honest. I would recommend them and use them again.

We were satisfied throughout our dealings with Andrews. Representative who provided the estimate was professional and thorough. Office staff was helpful, accessible, and responsive. Company provided, free of charge, all the boxes, paper and tape we needed. Third party packer was on time and did an excellent job of protecting fragile items. Driver and crew arrived on time. They were thorough, careful and polite. Driver was able to provide us with a definitive delivery date when he left, and he arrived when promised. Most importantly, our possessions arrived in the same condition they were in before the move, (just a few inconsequential dents and dings).

THEY'VE MOVED US TWICE IN ONE YEAR, THEY WERE VERY HELPFUL, ALLOWED US TO RETAIN PADS BETWEEN MOVES. GAVE US ALL BOXES AND SUPPLIES NEEDED. THEY DID EXCEPTIONAL WORK DURING SNOW LAST DECEMBER. HAVE BEEN VERY PLEASED

I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE. THEY BROKE MY 52" TV, TREADMILL, AND MANY OTHER DAMAGES. THEY RARELY RETURNED MY CALLS, AS AN INSULT TO INJURY THEY REIMBURSED ME $30 TO COVER ALL DAMAGES.
