 + -1 moreAmerititle was an excellent company to work with. Ruth Harris answered every question I had, kept in touch via email and phone, and assuaged any doubts that we had. The last few days before the closing, she sent us estimated closing costs which proved accurate. The day of the closing, we met at the Amerititle offices, where food and drink were provided during the meeting. The person doing the closing was professional and friendly and very efficient. The whole process took about an hour and we felt that we had made the right choice in choosing this company.
Description of Work: When it became clear that we would be selling our house without a real estate agent, I called a number of title companies to ask questions about the process and the services provided by the title companies. The person I talked to at Amerititle was incredibly helpful and even had material still on file from when we'd bought the house 11 years before. When we chose a place for the closing and a title company, I remembered how helpful they had been.
