Very professional. Great price and great quality window.

I called American WeatherTechs and they sent a great rep out named Lou Italiano. He was very informative, and showed us the windows and helped us get exactly what we wanted and needed, and how we could do it for a great price. The process was simply and easy, and when they installers showed up to put in the windows they were on time and did a great job. They were very professional and clean up the entire job as they went. I was very please with the install process. Lou also came out again to check on the process of the windows and how the installation went and to answer any questions we had after the job was done. I don't know any company that takes that kind of customer service to that high of a standard. I have already recommended American WeatherTechs to my friends and family. American Weathertechs replaced all 15 windows in our house. We had quotes from other recognized companies and they were by far the best. They were great from start to finish. Lou, our sale representative, was thorough in making sure we got the product that best suited our needs and was prompt in responding to all communications. The office staff as well as the installers were also very courteous, prompt and thorough. We have already noticed a significant improved in our homes efficiency. We would definitely use them again for future projects.

We had 40 windows replaced, which included 25 foot high half rounds. We changed out 6 windows that opened to picture windows. Our home is quieter, with less outside noise. The tinting is great, it allows sun in, without damaging sun rays. Cleaning them is so much better in all areas. Plus the heating and cooling cost are going to be much much lower. Our Salesman Lou and the 3 men that installed our windows were very professional, outstanding in every way. Their company is very LUCKY to have them! We are already planning our new doorways with them. Plus best prices around, We are so excited.

They did quite well, the windows look good. Good quality, better than our old windows. They cleaned up after their job was done, and overall, we were quite pleased. If something happens to our windows, or we want other windows to be replaced, we would hire again.

We were very pleased with the windows and new front door - the siding and trim were a complete surprise because they showed up on the whim and completed it within 2-3 days. The vents were the wrong shape but quickly replaced and the outside of our home is so modern and up-to-date now (no more ugly cream-yellow and brown color)! American WeatherTechs did all the behind the scene work to get our homeowner's insurance to cover the majority of the siding project, which was ~$15,000, which was the greatest surprise of all!

Everything went very well. All promises were kept and the crew that came in to replace all our windows were AMAZING. They did a full overview of the windows and how they operate and showed me how to clean and maintain them. All work was completed in a timely manner and all work areas were left very clean. Would recommend to anyone. Lou the salesman was very professional and knowledgeable with the windows. His in home visit was great and very personal. Wonderful experience all around.

I thought the company did a fantastic job! I replaced 33 windows in my home. They were a well-oiled machine. The first day they arrived on time, put down protective floor coverings and got to work. The crew knocked out the entire upper floor, basement and five windows from the main floor that day. When they left, their work areas (inside and out) were spotless. I'm not kidding. I really appreciated that. The second day, they installed the remaining windows, cleaned up, and we reviewed the window features again. The windows are really nice. They look great and are easy to operate. The crew was courteous, professional and took care of my home and furniture. They even placed foam bumpers between the walls and the new windows waiting installation.

Work went fine, Installer was on time and was very neat. Lou is very helpful and spent the time needed to explain everything and answer any questions.

I wasn't in the market for replacement windows but the sales associate was able to show me the gaps in my current windows and the fog/gray that I was looking. Through each day. I was impressed and decided to do it. The process was smooth and the people were cordial and very on top of my install. I recommend and will use them again!

He kept in touch with me throughout the process and promptly answered or sought out answers to any questions I had. The job went smoothly and when a problem arose with the storm door, Lou was on it and got back to me with the resolution the same day! I have had the opportunity to speak with Jessica in finance and Quincy, who was in direct contact with my insurance company for parts of the job that were covered under my policy. Everyone involved in this company has been very professional and courteous. It has been a fantastic experience and my house is gorgeous!

This was the best experience. I had wind and hail damage and they advocated for me when my insurance company was unwilling to replace it, The end result, the insurance company paid for all the damages and replaced the siding. Every person we encountered were professional and went above and beyond to make us happy customers.

You should hire these guys. Everyone we talked to was kind, patient, and service minded. The salesperson was knowledgeable and able to answer all of our questions. The installers were great. Everything was done right the first time and my house was clean when they left. Hard to find a company that does things the right way, and these guys do!

From Lou's first visit to the service professionals, the entire experience was top notch. Lou was thorough and came right out with the best price first. No games. He was professional and answered every question. My husband and I felt he was honest from the moment we met him. The service techs came in, replaced the windows, cleaned up everything and was very respectful. I have my elderly Mom with me and they were concerned about her welfare so they kept the door closed and replaced one window at a time so she wouldn't get cold. Fantastic service, price and quality.

Installation techs arrived on time and were very professional. They worked very efficiently and had our new windows in much more quickly than we would have thought they could. The finished produce looks and works great, and we are very happy with the results.

Called for a quote and received a timely call back & out to give quote in timely manner. quote within range of other companies; was able to work to get price down a little bit. company very.to any questions both by phone & email. windows within given time & install completed on time. installers on time worked efficiently even in very hot weather. small issues but every one was addressed in a timely fashion - the whole process was easy with AWT. Lou was wonderful to work with - one single point of contact for whole process definitely would recommend, was a refund from my father - did not disappoint. great product & great living.

Great! All the new windows and doors fit perfectly, and our heating/cooling bill has been noticeably lower since. Its been about 5-6 yrs since the install and they are still very much like new.

From the salsman, Lou Italiano, to the installers and finally to the customer service representative, everything went smoothly.

Lou in sales was wonderful. Always accessable and very informative. Scheduling took longer than expected (9 weeks). Installation was very fast, 7 hours. But the detail work was shoddy. I called Jessica at the office & she was amazing. She made my issues feel valid & important. Jessica took care of everything to make sure that we were satisfied. She sent out another crew with a supervisor, Josh. They were at my home with in a few days & fixed all the finishing issues that we had. The second crew did an excellent job and completed the work with in a few hours. Josh was personable & dependable. He verified everything was to our liking before he left our property. We had a few bumps in the road but they were corrected very quickly and we are extremely satisifed with the finished product. We will likely use them for a new roof next year. The customer service is excellent! You feel like a VIP, even if you only have a small job.

Roofing team did the job quickly and cleaned up perfectly behind them, especially with all of the layers of shingles. Roof looks great and very professionally done
