We love the windows. We had a great experience with our salesman Bo. He was professional and friendly! On install day we had a great experience with the install crew. We’ve had the windows for about a year and they still look and feel brand new!

Lou came out and explained what widows they had. No high pressure sales. Windows were installed in a timely manner. Very pleased with the new windows.

Installers were professional, friendly, and efficient. Lou Italiano and the sales team very responsive and not pushy. Windows are great quality, no mechanical issues so far. Would recommend!

The sales team with Lou and Bo were outstanding! We talked with many companies and they were so sales driven, not Lou and Bo. They truly cared about what we wanted. Dustin and his installation crew were outstanding as well.

Our sales rep Lou is awesome. He took the time to walk us through all the details and scenarios so we knew what to expect. He came during installation and was available through out our process. Cam, the foreman was exceptional too. The team was early each day, we got daily updates and we could tell he cared about our project and knew all the ins and out. We had an incident with our outside water. It was handled quickly, professionally and thoroughly. They just kept rolling and we appreciate it. Thank you, thank you for an awesome job that we will enjoy for decades.

We were looking to have our front door and rear patio door replaced. American WeatherTechs had previously installed all of our windows so we knew who to call. Lou came out and walked us through the process & were able to design what we were looking for. From design to install we were totally pleased with the process. If you are looking to have doors or windows replaced, call American WeatherTechs and ask for Lou. We will certainly use them in the further.

The installers were professional and did a great job with the cleanup. The windows look amazing and the inside seal is very clean. I am very happy with my experience and the timeliness of the communications has been amazing.

Lou was the most kind, low pressure, courteous sales person we have ever met. His kindness and knowledge is what sold us on purchasing our roof through American Weathertech. I cannot recommend him more highly or speak more highly of him. He was absolutely wonderful.

Louis Italiano came to assess the job that I needed done. Although his product was not what was needed, he was very helpful and knowledgeable. He was able to provide suggestions for what would work for my home. If I were to require a vinyl siding company, I would definitely call Lou. F. Aul

The install crew was prompt. They were courteous and friendly and took time to answer my questions. A few of them sang while working, which has nothing at all to do with the room, but it was nice to see they enjoyed their work. They were careful to clean up behind themselves. All in all a very good experience.

We had Lou our Sales Rep come out to our house to look at our siding. From the moment we met him we know we were going to be in good hands. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything to use and made us feel comfortable with the whole process. He made it easy to understand what we were getting and listen to us so that he gave us what we wanted! The installation crew was AWESOME!! They showed up on time and work all day long, I don’t think they even stopped to eat. They answered any questions that I had and showed us issues that they found and fixed them with no surprises! They were so hard working that they even came out on a holiday to complete the work so that my family could see the finish product. From the time I met Lou our Sales Rep, up to and including the installation of my siding I had a great experience! Lou was very informative and knowledgeable about everything I was looking for regarding my siding. The installers were excellent as well They worked long and **** ** some extremely hot days of summer,and were very nice. They did great work and cleaned up very well when they were all finished up. They even worked some later then normal times to help get the job done faster for me. I really appreciated that!! Overall the experience was excellent and I would have Lou and American WeatherTechs out to do all of my home improvement projects.

From the marketing rep to the sales rep that came out for our appointment, every was nice and professional. Lou made the sales appointment easy to understand and worked around a house of noisy kids. He made it a point to keep in contact and made a return visit to answer the rest of our questions in person. Having the windows installed was easier than expected, especially since it was winter. The installers were courteous, professional and very clean. After the process was complete, you could not tell they were even there. Followup on a window issue was quick and easier and Lou made it a point again to come and make a home call to address the issue. Overall, we are very satisfied with our window experience. We will definitely use American WeatherTechs for any work we want done in the future.
